I normally come to this location to ship off my packages, this time the employees were being very short and not helpful. I send pretty much the same things out each time and the price has always been $5.25. This time it was $6.21 and then when I had brought up what I normally pay they back tracked said I couldn't even send out my packages through usps and wanted me to pay $10.50 for their ground. Mind you I'm there at leave once a week for the last 3-4 months so I know what I am supposed to be paying. They have now lost my business read more

This is about the worst UPS store I have encountered. I moved to this area. A few months back, I took an Amazon return to the store. The Amazon instruction clearly said that no packing. Yet, the store wanted me to take it home to pack, or they could pack for me for $43.... for an item less than $30 value. Today, I had another Amazon return. The unfortunate result. It's just in need of a clear tape to hold the shipping label. They wanted me to spend a few dollars to buy their tape. They are so money driven that they don't seem to understand money is made by good services and helping your customers. Unless no choice, I would not go to this store again. read more

I have been using this UPS store for the last four years. I've had items notarized and multiple items shipped on a yearly basis. I've never had any problems, staff is always friendly and helpful. Packages always arrive on time. I normally deal with Bianka and Oscar. But last month I mailed a television to Rochester New York. Unfortunately it was delivered damaged. Oscar at the UPS store was nothing but helpful along my claiming process. I was refunded the insurance amount and my shipping fees. They were courteous and followed through the entire process. It was nice that even if something did go wrong the companies treatment of their customers was still friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the store and manager Oscar. read more

Absolute worst customer service, The employees don't know how to properly handle Amazon QR code returns, then wants to charge to print out labels, outside of the contract Amazon has with UPS. We opened a PO Box here for our business and they've been AMAZING. They are always so friendly and accommodating. So much so, that we drive all the way from Fallbrook since our business moved. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone. They go the extra mile for all customers. I literally feel like VIP every time I go in. Had such a great experience yesterday. My wife and I needed to get something notarized and the notary at the UPS store in Murrieta left at 2. I called this store and Bianca answered and let me know she would be there until closing and would help take care of anything we needed signed. We came in with our two boys (2 & 5) Bianca was extremely welcoming and genuinely a happy person, which is so refreshing these days! She looked at our documents and knew exactly what needed to be done. Although our kids were running around, Bianca never lost her cool and went out of her way to talk to them and keep them entertained while my wife and I signed. Went in to USPS mail one item, $3.03 was the charge. No issue here but I saw the "Take a penny, leave a penny" tray at the register with about 6 pennies and a couple of nickels in it. I said "Oh, here ya go..." and took 3 pennies to hand to the clerk. The clerk just said "No" and put them back in the tray with no further explanation. I asked what the tray was for and he said it was for one penny only. Wow! When I DO use those penny trays, I'll usually dump all my pennies in them and borrow the few pennies as needed to avoid the hassle of making change. This is how it usually works everywhere I go. Evidently not here. I do go there to ship items, so I'm not just a one-time customer. I realize they aren't making money on me for just mailing something. Even so, are they THEIR pennies or somebody else's like mine? In any case I thought this to be rude and extremely cheapskate. This poor behavior urges me to take my business elsewhere. read more

If you are in need of having your fingerprints taken and don't have the misfortune of having been processed through the legal system, this is most definitely the place to go. I've been a box holder for over 12 years here. Although I loved the couple that owned it previously, Oscar Gonzalez, Michael and "Blondie" , now Lysa have earned my business. They are SO busy sometimes and little things may go wrong, like a wrong piece of mail in my box,etc but its not consistent and their "over the top customer service attitude" has caused me to send MANY clients here who are equally pleased with their service. There have been times I couldn't get there before closing and they would wait for me or come in early to help as they know I travel a lot and must get my packages. Just had the most horrific customer service from a gal named Bianca performing a live scan. She was rude and condisending. The store makes $20 for each form the have to submit to the government and yet she acted like I was bothering her and she was doing me a favor. She was a "know it all". The worst was she was coughing into her hands then grabbing each of my fingers to finger print me! Gross!! They made $40 dollars for less than 10 mins worth of work. Totally will recommend this store. Even with some technical difficulties and a light staff the employee handled my Amazon returns quickly. I thought some returned were free but they showed me how to choose the correct option so I don't have to pay packaging. She even took the time to help me re do a return so it was completely free. read more

Ever since my little one graced our world with her presence we haven't really wanted to go anywhere as much. It's just too much of a hassle and bringing her around groups of people is nerve racking. Therefore I've been doing a whole lot of online shopping. It's super convenient but a lot of the time you get something that looked great in the picture but not so much in real life OR it just doesn't fit right. So I frequent this UPS often. I feel like it's never too busy but even if there's a line the employees are always good about working quickly and efficiently. My packages have always made it back to the retailer in a timely manner so I get my funds back. I usually see Bianca when I go in and she's always a ray of sunshine. For the residents of Bonsall, Fallbrook, Rainbow, Temecula and Murrieta... This is the UPS store worth the drive!! I would not hesitate to drive the extra few minutes to go to this rather than anywhere else (see my hidden review on ups store in Fallbrook-- which I rated neg 2 stars in my mind-- that location has horrible and slow service). I do a lot of printing and sending for work, and since I have clients in the area, the Temecula ups store is my print/UPS store of choice. Top notch service, convenient location, friendly employees. Ok so let me tell you. I go here on a daily basis and this place has the best customer service! They don't give you and if butts or ands they take care of you and hope to see you again. This UPS store is the only postal store that seems to know how to do the Little League volunteer Live Scan finger printing. I tried two other places earlier in the day and left both frustrated and without the live scan. These guys new what needed to be done and did it quick. I was in and out faster than it took the other places to tell me they weren't sure what to do. read more
