The UPS store is consistently well organized and pleasant to patronize. People are nice. Only drag is parking. Also nice that they have your info stored from prior use so you don't have to repeat everything every time you go in. Hours say open at 730am. Waited 30 min and still not open. Drove out of my way to go to this location due to the hours. Very disappointing.

The hours say they are open early, I got there right at 7:30 and nobody was there, no sign on the door. After waiting at least another 30 minutes still nobody there. Cold, rainy morning waiting for a UPS store to open is not my idea of what I wanted to be doing today. read more

Owner is a fabulously friendly local resident who does so much for the community. She recently helped me design a poster for a colleague's retirement party. It turned out perfectly with a fast turnaround time. There's also a wide variety of celebration signs available in the store if you need a last minute graduation, holiday, or birthday sign. A small ups store across from the train station and by the Starbucks. I like how they're only allowing two people in at a time, which is good except they always have a line because they have lots of stuff to do, as evidenced by their mountain of packages everyday. the parking here is 15 minutes for curbside pickup or 90 minutes if you get a spot, or park at the train station lot. So it's often easier to have someone waiting in the car if you see a long line. That's really the only thing that majorly differentiate some from some of the other locations that I like, is that parking is easier to manage at some of the places in dedicated strip malls. read more

Shocked to see someone crazy enough to give these guys anything other than a 5 star review!! I mean what kind of idiot downgrades a store for parking in a downtown location? (Probably the same idiot that complains Walmart is busy the week before Christmas). The team at this store is first rate, whether you need to ship something or need a notary for important documents. I've been here multiple times this year and no matter how busy the store is I have always felt as though I'm the only person they care about at that time. It's so hard to get personalized service like this (especially during the pandemic). Check out the store's social media pages, the team are fantastic at letting you know important shipping issues, potential delays and everything else you could need. Oh and if I'm doubt, pick up the phone and call, they're amazing to deal with and only too willing to help. read more

I've used their printing services on a couple of occasions and they have overdelivered for me everytime. I had a couple rush jobs where I needed oversized bound presentation books - with a very tight timeline. Not only were these created In time, the final books were absolutely beautiful and then they even arranged to get them shipped internationally to the locations they needed to go - a few days early. I've since ordered a couple or reprints for these and have gotten nothing but the same exceptional results. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I count on them as one of my key vendors I know I can relay on. read more

Most people probably don't think of UPS for their printing needs, but the UPS store in Summit will do a great job for you. I had an urgent request this week for a large print for a memorial service and Antonietta turned it around quickly and at a great price. I also love this UPS store for all the things they do for Summit and the surrounding communities. For example, they are currently collecting non-perishable food for the April Grocery Drive project to help feed summit children who rely on school meals and may go hungry sitting the April school break. This is just one of many, many ways this store serves the community. read more

They have a drop box in the front. So I just drop off most of the times unless I need a receipt. But never had my package has missed the scanning the same day. Staffs are very friendly. Only con is certain times, parking in this area is a a big trouble. But it's not their fault. read more

I had a package I shipped with them w custom artwork that was unfortunately damaged. huge bummer BUT.... Summit UPS TEAM totally stepped up and reimbursed me and I was able to recover it...You may think that is just normal and expected, BUT for ME , the refund was inside a HAND WRITTEN NOTE!!!!with just my 1st name on the front... Worst experience ever, ended up walking out with my items. Nobody was willing to assist me with setting up a label. I didn't mind doing the work, but the screen was blank just needed a little direction. Will not be back went down the street to fedex read more

This store is poorly run. We had a UPS package that required a signature rerouted to this store so that we could pick it up there and they refused to accept it. As a result our package was sent back to the sender. Ridiculous. Federal Express (which is right down the street) has no issue providing this service. That is who we will use going forward. read more

Unfortunately for me I have not experienced great customer service. I have a corporate account, when I come in I already have the label printed, just dropping off package however at times I don't have a UPS envelope and ask them for one which they charge me $3 plus for one???? It's a corporate account where supplies are provided. Same goes if I bring in a box, again with printed label all I need is to tape it closed, they charge me for that as well. When I ask they say that's policy, other locations don't do that. read more

Top notch service provided here! Not only do they take the hundreds of website returns that pile up daily - but they are huge supporters of the community. They donated 800 prints of an anti-hate flyer (with zero notice!) to respond to a crisis in our town. I have seen them adroitly adapt their service as the customer needs. Quick exchanges for those prepaid returns, and slower more expansive help for customers with questions or unsure where to find the needed info on their phone. It's run like a Mom and Pop store, with many regulars greeted by name. Just lovely. read more

This store provides all kinds of services besides shipping- notary, faxing, printing, laminating, create signs, sell postcards-etc. If you need something just ask and if they can't do it they will tell you who can. If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. Came in on a Saturday and the one guy working looked like he slept on a park bench the night before. No attention was paid to his "uniform" or personal appearance. I had a package to return and needed one strip (about 18" long) of packing tape to seal the box. He wanted to charge me $1 for it. I asked him if he would do it as a courtesy and he said no. Unbelievably rude. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. I don't think UPS would appreciate the way this guy represents their company in any manner. read more

The UPS Store of Summit is not only a source of shipping, they also provide many, many other services such as printing, signs, postcards, etc...so much more than shipping! These people run this shop like it was their own. That's a powerful truth about this place and it's not obvious to the naked eye until you've been a few times. Simply assuming great capable service doesn't mean you're getting it. But here, I've seen how committed they are to getting it right, doing it quickly and doing their job. They're bright, fast, good people that are the heighth of professionalism. When I've walked into other big chain stores, I've gotten half interested and less qualified people who usually convey the impression they're not particularly interested in my work and on various occasions, have run into not surprising complications. Here? The opposite. They nail ever task I ask of them and with elan and professionalism. Every time I'm there, I also notice there's a great number of routine customers who come in and cannot spend more than 2 seconds, leaving their packages, establishing eye contact and mustering a quick "okay?", often briefly interrupting when the UPS person is tending to a customer. This apparently is the new decorum with people in retail - one that I don't share. That's why I'm writing this. I respect people that do a good job and care. So when these quickie clients run in, before they dash out to their occasionally double-parked vehicles, they simply say "okay?" or "leave this here?", get a nod or brief acknowledgement and run back out. What does that say about the UPS Store? It says that these harried self-perceived world shakers who are not amenable to exchanging even the briefest pleasantries with the UPS attendant, do trust this store. And, regardless of any faux pas on these customers' part as less than polite clients, what these micro-exchanges tell you is that the store - the UPS Store, those that run it, are exceptionally reliable. Imagine doing a slap dash package toss and just muttering okay at a giant chain store and running out. You would have no idea what would become of that package. The service in this store can't be more terrible. I visisted the store 2 weeks ago for dropping off a package. I asked the staff in the store whether it was OK to just leave the item there and they said yes and asked me to put it in the table. However, it turns out that my package got lost and never read into their system. What is more ridiculous is that they told me that I should be responsible for the lost since I didn't make sure that the item was received by the store and read into the system. Why didn't the staff tell me all about this crap when I was in the store as I clearly asked what I should do? It is purely a sign a laziness and irresponsibility. Even 1 star is an overrate for their service. read more

Horrable the worst UPS store I had a box there and had many many issues. They can't get large packages throught he frount door because of design and they can't use there back door they don't own the ally. Had several packages disappear there. Had some speakers show up on a plaet easest enought to just take the 12 boxes off but the store refulse and called me 10 in the am saying it showed up they signed for it and left it on the sidewalk (it was raining) I asked it they could take in the 12 (5lb) boxes they refused. I had to leave work get there some where damaged they signed for so I got burnt and the store went oh well alot of the packages where distroyed by the fact they left them in the rain. They will not accept packages over $500 unless they ship them which is 4X the cost of printing the lable my self through UPS they calme there insurance doesn't cover it and will not take the package, might have something to do with all the packages disappearing there. The owner is mean I finally left went to NP UPS store could not be happier awesome service thoes guy never question anything one day one of them even helped load a 144" movie screen they go above and beyond. Every package had made it out safe and nothing gone missing. STAY AWAY FROM SUMMIT THOUGH WAHT A MESS. read more

I make many trips to UPS Store locations for work, and after being to a few others in the area i will most definitely not be back to this location. The employees were extremely rude and the service was very slow and inefficient seemed like no one knew what was going on. read more
