With the post office not as reliable as it has been in the past...I use UPS every now and then for shipping options. I was shocked to find out they no longer provide UPS branded envelopes if you are sending something letter sized like you would if you worked for a business. I also wasn't too excited that I shipped something ground on a Wednesday and they said it would arrive on Monday and it didn't arrive until Tuesday. The cost for that envelope was $15 too. I think these places need to guarantee a date otherwise you get some type of refund. No accountability. read more

Needed some copying done in a quick bind so yelped and found this location. It is located in a spacious strip mall area with many other businesses which also means that there was a lot of parking space :) Staff was courteous and attentive. They were quick to offer assistance and were patient as I explained what needed to be done and they performed the services accordingly. We needed to get our package reroute back and GE, the staff at this Stillwater UPS, came to help us. He went out of his way to help us. Horrible customer service. I came in to quickly today to return 5 Amazon order at 2:54. Apparently they closed this day at 3 which I was unaware of until the girl behind the desk began to huff and puff at me and rolled her eyes. Very professional. When I asked what's wrong she responded with we close at 3. Then proceeded to ask her coworker to close the door prior to close. I experienced attitude the entire encounter which was a total of 2 minutes of her time despite me being kind to her. They then proceeded to turn other patrons away. Such a poor experience. read more

I would say store manager Sarah probably saved me over $2000 by "insisting" I insure a piece of jewelry I was returning. At first I wasn't going to having never had a problem shipping anything from this store. But she strongly suggested that I insure it. The cost was $70 but well worth it since the package arrived at it's destination sans the jewelry I was returning. Had Sarah not have been so conscientious I would have been our $2300 ... and pissed as hell. Thanks to Sarah for being a GREAT employee!!! read more

We called ahead to make sure they knew how to pack delicate collectibles and the person who answered the phone kept assuring me "That's what we do"! So... we drove 30 miles (one way) to drop off a model airplane to be sent as a gift and were reassured once again that " No worries - that's what we do." It arrived at its destination in toothpicks. They actually accused us of sending it broken! It took forever (months) to get a refund and they only refunded the packing charge - NOT the delivery fee. They refunded the cost of the pieces but not the time it took to build it (over 115 hours). When we tried to advise them how to send this type of delicate in the future so it wouldn't happen to someone else, they were not interested in the least. Lousy packing, lousier customer service. Ruined birthday gift. read more
