Exceptional experience! Jake was, hands down, the rudest and least professional employee I have ever had displeasure of meeting! I really appreciate how he was rude and terse when I came in, and then only spoke when he was telling me he couldn't do the thing that I'd set up an appointment for, and couldn't have sent an email before I drove there because 'he'd only gotten it that morning'. I also really love he didn't even apologize - just got crabbier! Really stands out in the customer service department! read more

For the last year that I've been taking packages to this loop UPS location, nearly every time I go it seems like someone behind the counter is having a bad day and has no problem being short with customers. When I receive that attitude, I normally laugh it off because I understand that there's a lot of demanding people that caused a job to be stressful, but it still gives you no right to be disrespectful to your customers. Today as I was dropping a package off, I received the same kind of treatment. I again got the same disrespectful attitude I always get from this kid that wants to talk to you like you're an a lesser person. I've had it with this Hudson store it will get none of my business anymore. I'll be sure to share that with all my connections. Absolutely deplorable service. read more

I work in customer service, the men working at the Hudson branch was so reluctant with explaining to a customer anything...and this ISN'T the first time. He was instead cutting them off. If I could negative stars I would. I came to bring a drop off that from a company I've dropped off packages from THREE TIMES before and the same unbelievably rude man had taken it THREE TIMES before told me he worked there for 2 years, 5 days a week and no way could I have brought it in because I had no idea what I was doing. I showed him the email with instructions to which he grabbed my phone, scrolled past the email to the advertisement to purchase more recycle bags and read something completely unrelated and said in the most condescending voice "do you think you're able to read the small print where it tells you to log in and figure it out?" He then told me to take my stuff home and come back when I figured it out. Additionally, I had left a poster to be laminated on Saturday, told it had to be done by the cretin in question on Monday, this is Tuesday afternoon and they said they had forgotten it and it would take another hour or so to warm up the laminated and come back YET AGAIN! ummmmm NO WAY! FedEx, here I come, I am always treated with respect and don't have this person yammering over and over again how he works 5 days a week for 2 years and I have no clue what I'm talking about. Clearly from other reviews and the word-for-word boilerplate answer, nothing will be done about this guy. FEDEX is my now go-to. read more

I needed a poster made quickly. I was coming in from out of town and was nervous it wouldn't turn out right. Laura and the rest of the print team did a beautiful job for me. It turned out absolutely perfect. It was on time and it was cost-effective. they even threw in a piece of foam core board for me because they knew I was coming in from out of town and I wasn't sure what I needed. Stopped in this morning as I needed 20 copies of a 15 page document. Asked if they could print, collate and staple this. The clerk immediately stopped me and said I can do that myself at the copiers. I walked over there and asked if they then could show me how to run the machines...I was told they were busy but would eventually come help me....it was busy. I then asked them "Before you talk me out of it, how much was this going to cost, all three employees at the register gave me different random dollar amounts, none were specific nor were they the same or complete. Enough, as I walked out I told the clerk that if they don't want my business there are other places who will do this for me....and she said sarcastically "That's good." I wasn't demanding, I wasn't in a rush, they blew me off and didn't want my business. I was disappointed and commented on my way out, the sarcasm was the kicker. Fed Ex took care of me in 5 minutes with a smile. I won't make this mistake again. Lesson learned. read more

Wow. I've been buying stamps here by the roll for years... at the federal stamp rate, Whatevs it was at the time. I just went in last week and was charged $73 for 100 stamps. Without notice the ups store changed the price of a postage stamp to .73 cents. The USPS should be outraged. read more

I recently mailed a computerized adjustment machine valued at 15K, so I sent off for calibration to PA, figured I better buy some insurance to the tune of 10K, cost nearly $200 for insurance. So, it gets sent in the original packaging with foam all around and properly packaged, but they will not pay to replace the monitor that they broke. Caveat Emptor, buyer beware, the insurance is a scam they denied because they didn't see packaging (pictures are not good enough). First of all that is not true, the guy on this end said it was good and the UPS guy on the other end reported it being damaged. That is crap service and frankly poor service. After a miserable experience with a FexEx store in Hudson, WI, I came here with a large glass vintage lamp to ship to a customer in Florida. It was really big and really fragile and worth quite a bit. The customer service woman knew exactly what to do, how to pack it, how much it would cost, the best way to do everything. I said I would have my customer in Florida call with payment info and she said, "Oh yeah, no problem at all, we'll just pack and set it back here. If it doesn't ship, come on back." The customer service woman called me to explain that my customer had called and made payment and increased the amount of insurance. She explained that I needed a new shipping number and would email it to me. She said if I didn't receive the email within an hour to call back and was there anything else she could do? The costs were entirely reasonable, in fact, about half of what FedEx quoted. Unbelievably great service. read more

I was pretty impressed with my experience here over the holidays. I refused to wait in line at the post office so I ended up here. There was a pretty good wait here too, but they kept it moving. Had everyone grab a number so you could wander around a bit....look at greeting cards and office stuff. I've been surprised at how many people don't realize you can ship USPS stuff here. Friends of mine were like "seriously? That's not just for UPS pick ups?" Maybe I just have dumb friends. read more

I'm only giving a 1 here because I can't go any lower. I would never ever recommend a UPS Store because if you run across issues with shipping they will not own them. They will push you to Corporate UPS. They are only a franchise store, and apparently issues are not theirs. I sent two packages that were time sensitive. One shipped as expected. The other 10 days later I went in and inquired. They local store said they received it, scanned it, and the status was Ready To Ship. There hasn't been any update since. They then push you to Corporate UPS. Corporate UPS then tells you it's lost, you need to contact Vendor about it. Well this is Amazon and they have a billion customers. You can't get a hold of anyone. Amazon will then tell you it's a 3rd party that you purchased from. Get a hold of them. So how the heck to do that. Advise. None of this would have happened if UPS would have delivered in both "DELIVERY" and customer service. Use them as ONLY a last resort. I'll have to eat the $850 I lost with having to deal with them this year. read more

Beware!!! Not trustworthy. Need package to arrive in 3 days. Paid $70 on August 24, package has yet to arrive. Been out for delivery 5 times. Stay away from this store. We have voice mail guaranteeing delivery today sept 15. Called us today said package is back in Hudson in a banged up box. I just can't believe it. She had the gall to say it will go out on Monday. read more

If you want to use this place as a post office, don't buy stamps. Even with a cash purchase they charge a up charge on stamps. For a .50 stamp it's .77. Skip it and go to the post office. read more

Easy to drop off pre paid without going to the counter. Has a post office drop box so I only have to make one trip. Great store.
