It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. I sent two packages within a couple days from this store. The…read morefirst package arrived late and the second package was never delivered but returned to me. When I called the UPS store in Roseville for help they told me they could not call UPS for me or find out where the package ended up. The package was placed in a box where the recipient lived but no one could give me the code and no one notified the recipient of the arrival of the package or the code to get the package. I was given an arrival date for both packages and both packages arrived past the date. UPS told me I had to call Amazon to get the code for the box because it was an Amazon box. Amazon spent way more time trying to help me get the information for the recipient then anyone I called at UPS. Unfortunately it was not an official Amazon only box so they did not have the code. I asked for a refund for the cost to ship the second package and low and behold the UPS store in Roseville did have the ability to call UPS so they could tell her it arrived. Yes it arrived to a place the recipient could not get it from, the recipient was not given a code from UPS but for some reason UPS was able to pick it back up. Makes no sense. The recipient said there were a number of packages on the floor in the location but none was her package. Why did UPS put the package in an unofficial Amazon box and not provide the code to me or to the recipient so it could be picked up. UPS owes me $16.10. which so far no one wants to reimburse. I am not sure if it is this store that is to blame or UPS in general but for now I will stay away and use Fed EX and Amazon who has been very good to me.
