MY LETTER TO THE STORE MANAGER Your employee had a profane attitude! I spoke to you today around @500pm about her response to me when I voiced my displeasure in the dollar charge for helping me tape my package. My comment was innocent when I said, it was ridiculous to charge for help taping the package. But instead of being helpful and understanding and explain the UPS Store Policy, she wanted to escalate the situation and tell me it was my attitude that was "ridiculous"! That is a personal attack on a UPS Store customer!!! I have been in the service industry for 30 years! And I would have never! thought to engage a customer in that type of conversation! I feel sorry for the job you have with what you have to work with in this generation. But I hold you personally responsible for the way your employee insulted me, "Personally'! And when I walked back in your UPS Store with the tape I bought at HG Hill I ask you to assist me. This was your chance to engage me but you walked away and left me at the counter alone. So when I returned home. I went online to see if I was an "exception to the rule" of the way your UPS Store treats it's customers. But it was not true! I have noticed on your Google reviews that many others where disappointed with the service your UPS Store provides to it's customers! I am going to Google and Post this letter to your UPS Store Reviews. I am also going to YELP! and Post this letter. I will remove these "Post" when your employee apologizes to me, personally. This is the worst place ever for both customers and employees. The own, which was one of our state representatives, is the most lazy, disrespectful, inconsiderate human being I know. He treats his employees like trash, yells at them, curses them, and has even made racial slurs towards them in front of my face., I have been a customer there a few times, but only because there wasn't another store around. He even charges to tape up your box if you ship it with them. I do not trust this store, the way its ran, or the owner at all. I will give my business to FedEx from now on! read more

This UPS store is the gold standard for professional, quick, and knowledgeable service. 'Will' was at the front counter with a friendly greeting, and courteous assistance; giving us the confidence that our shipping needs were well taken care of. In fact, I have used this store 3 or 4 times in the last couple of weeks and found it clean, and organized as well as the staff were always attentive and quick to take care of the customer. If you live in Robertson County and you have any shipping or mailbox needs, this is the store - no other. read more

I have been in Springfield only 6 months and have had to use this store multiple times. The place is always clean and the workers always doing their best to keep things moving. Will, is one of the workers I have seen in their every time and he has helped me a few of those times. Always quick to take care of whatever is needed. I would recommend this location. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when I messed up my return labels during a rush staff was accommodating and helped me sort out the issue. There's often a line (I don't get why people are complaining about that) but that's the reality when everyone shops (and returns) online. They usually get through the line quickly. read more
