She has such an amazing attention to detail as well. She even said I could Facetime her the day of the wedding if I needed to know how to bustle it correctly. The initial consultation was great, but at my first fitting, there were black stains and a blood stain on my dress. She was difficult to schedule follow up fittings with as well. She sent it to be professionally cleaned before my third and final fitting, and it still had dirt stains on my train. She gave me the number of the cleaner and told me to handle it with them. I ended up having to spent 6 hours spot cleaning and re-steaming my own dress days before the wedding. She did cover the cleaning fee, but it still wasn't clean and I did not receive any money back for the damage. There's no reason a wedding dress should be damaged and stained during the alteration process.
