Upon getting there I found the correct black pants with a childs blue jacket. This caused us to be late to the wake as we had to go spend $75 to get another jacket. I called the store and April was polite in wanting to resolve the issue. When I called later in the week when I got back in town, i spoke to somebody else who put me on hold for over an hour so I hung up expecting a call back. Youd think theyd want the childs jacket back... So i called again the following week without hearing back from them and the lady was yelling over me and told me the jacket I dropped off was blue (it was not) but even if it was, it was not a childs jacket and now somebody is missing their jacket .The lady i spoke with is extremely unprofessional. She didnt acknowledge the time I was put on hold or my time and financial inconvenience of her mistake as she told me i dropped it off with her. I'll eat the $75 but i would like my original jacket back, as i am sure the child whos jacket I received would like his back as well. This is an unfortunate situation that sometimes happens to good people, go to Comet Cleaners at your own risk .. i should also mention i was charged $14 for something that costs me $8 at other cleaners

When you initially walk in there are no lines of any sort or direction as who and where to go for assistance. Which is not a big deal, however it can get ridiculously crowded to where the line snakes out the door. Customer service is horrible. Especially if you are a female. I have walked into the door with two males behind me and they received services before me. Also the "manager" barks at customers and her workers. I stopped by two places closer to my home, but neither one could accommodate having my items back before today. So I went to Google. Found this location does next day service (some same day service as well), and headed that way. Came in and I won't lie, there's so many clothes everywhere you would think it's cluttered, but no, just their organized chaos. I was greeted warmly when I came in, and was told they will have my 4 items taken care of by 5pm the next day (Took it in Thursday). And the icing on the cake, the total was fairly reasonable for next day service. I have tried another spot with the same 4 items, and not even a rush job, and that total was $25 more than what I paid yesterday. Kudos and I will definitely make the drive up there again when I have dry cleaning and/or alteration needs.
