When you initially walk in there are no lines of any sort or direction as who and where to go for assistance. Which is not a big deal, however it can get ridiculously crowded to where the line snakes out the door. Customer service is horrible. Especially if you are a female. I have walked into the door with two males behind me and they received services before me. Also the "manager" barks at customers and her workers. There have been times where it leads to an uncomfortable atmosphere

I thought it was worth while for me to comment on their customer service in my humble opinion. Initially I was disappointed to find out they do not engrave on the coins I received recently. However, I was surprised and delighted to find out they recommended another business in town. That's customer service. If they can't provide the service themselves, or don't have the merchandise customer wants, they'd recommend someone else who can even if they may be their competitor. That's taking care of your customers. I appreciate that very much. Thanks.
