Wow! Let's just say, we will be back. My mom and I have been going to the laundromat off of Dover Road and it's just so small. It's too hot and not worth it. When I kept driving by this place off of Fort Campbell, I kept telling my mom we have to go as it's so big and nice inside! Maria is so friendly and is always offering to help. She even told us that they have HIGH CHAIRS for my baby!!/! How awesome is that? It's so spacious in here, lots of seating, very clean area and very clean bathrooms, and plenty of washers and dryers. I cannot express my disbelief on how well executed this laundromat is. Firstly, it smells absolutely clean and fresh when you walk in and you can see how well kept the place is. Ash was phenomenal with instructions and ensuring I felt comfortable and understood everything. The payment process was extremely easy and everywhere has really clear instructions as well as advice The bathrooms were also extraordinarily clean and overall I felt very safe and comfortable here. The vending machines are also very well stocked and you can use your laundry card as well! One of my favorite features is that you can open up the dryers to check your load and it pauses the cycle versus completely stopping. Also getting text messages when your machine is done is a phenomenal touch! We don't usually use laundromats but we had a lot of clothes to clean so tied Cycle and glad we did. Walked in and a very nice lady, Maria I believe, greeted us and asked if needed help. I said "yes" and she showed us all the washers and dryers - we had No idea you could do like 12 loads of laundry in one machine!! She also walked us through how to load money on their card and all. We still did our whites on hot in one machine and colors on cold in another. Their machines are new and efficient - and my wife was surprised how wrung out the water was from clothes. We did use one big dryer for everything. Which was nice. When needed we will definitely go back to them for laundry. The owner needs to take Really good care of the ladies at the door - because Maria was Great! read more

This place is amazing! It's clean, organized and the staff is friendly. When we first walked in, the person behind the counter immediately knew it was my first time there as I was looking around clueless. She said come right up I'll show you around and how everything works. She showed me around the facility and showed me how the card system works. She was super nice and patient to my daughter who was trying to do everything herself. The vending machines also hook up to your laundry card so we were able to grab a snack as I was unprepared in the snack department. Of course our snacks got stuck, and the employee came over immediately to help us as she was walking around checking in on people around the facility. This place is well kept, the environment is fun and friendly, they have plenty of sitting space, charging center & carts to move your laundry around in. The decor is super chic and cute creating a welcoming or homey vibe. Did not use the restrooms. read more

Love this place. It's always clean & the staff is really nice! The washers only take 25 minutes. They have a wide variety of different size washers with cool names. The largest washer is $12.75 & holds a whole lot of clothes plus a comforter if need be. The driers take about 34 mins. I've never been there longer than an hour and we have 2 dogs, a husband, a teenage boy & girl. Oh & me lol read more

She's definitely an asset to this establishment! The place is immaculate and so inviting! I told her this is more like a store! I'll definitely be coming again! This the most cleanest laundry mate I have ever been too and every coworker's are friendly and nice even the customers too. I love the fact you can put money on card and what you don't use, it will be on the card for the next you come back. Where do I even begin? Anyone else hated doing laundry and dreaded it? Well not anymore! This is by far the best laundromat I've ever been to. Everything is new, clean and just amazing! The employees are beyond helpful and go above and beyond to provide the best service! Mark and his brother are always very attentive to see how they can help you. I've been coming here since they opened and have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable considering everything is brand new! My clothes have never smelled so good!!! The card is super convenient because you never have to worry about coins and they always have specials going on so keep an eye out (they are lifesavers)! The restrooms are so clean and you'll always see the employees cleaning everything throughout the day that proves they care about the location. The seating area makes you feel like you are at home. (you can even plug in your phone to charge.. and FREE WIFI!) So comfortable that you tend to forget you're in a laundromat. The tree they have up for the holidays is absolutely beautiful! They even have a kid area and a vending machine which is super helpful for those who have little kiddos! So grateful to have found this place and I hope they continue to open up more laundromats because everything is just incredible! GO GO GO! read more

This place is the new wave of laundry mats. Very clean, well lit, and top of the line technology. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and have a good experience while doing laundry. They have fast wifi, a store with laundry essentials readily available for purchase and go off of a card based system where you can reload your card with cash, debit/credit and EBT. They also have incredibly helpful staff like Michelle. I didn't give 5 stars because it can be on the pricier end but overall you get the quality and experience you pay for. read more
