The owner talked down to my fiancé, then proceeded to talk down to me. She ended up charging us for something that was never itemized on the receipt, because "That's how business works". That's not how it works. I'm not even sure it was legal to charge us for that. On top of all of this, her prices were outrageous. I don't know how she is still in business, and I urge everyone to stay away from this business. There are so many other alteration shops within a few minutes of Susie 2. Choose one of them instead.
