Tried to get in my car an catch her but she was gone. Called UPS location on Plumb Lane to see if they could hold it for me since that is where the delivery originated from and they gave me a number to call, 800-877-1670. All that number did was ask me am I over 50 and would I like a special deal for a medical alert bracelet and then hung up on me...twice! Called UPS directly and they said sometime next week I should get some new information on my delivery options. Well, it's a phone I ordered and planned on setting it up this weekend.
