I have been coming here more than I would like to admit for Amazon returns ha, but they are the more than just packing and shipping. UPS offers mailbox services, printing, notary, passport, copy, and faxes! All of the staff here is always kind and willing to answer any questions I have. I really appreciate the service and clear prices, the only suggestion I have is to make a pricing list with all the services offered because many people could have the same mindset I did thinking this place is only good for printing and shipping. read more

I walked in at 2:45pm and the girl didn't even look up or greet me. The place closes at 3 but 2:45 is well within open hours.

I walked up to the door at 6:29 and it was locked. Two people looked at me, then looked away and ignored me instead of coming to the door to politely explain they had already closed. I can understand if I was too late, but if you lock the door before closing time, just be kind enough to acknowledge me. read more

I drive out of my way to go to this UPS store instead of the one that is more convenient. The staff is friendly, organized, and fast. They are patient with people and happy to help - even though they are usually very busy. They seem to work very well under pressure and have great relationships with customers. read more

I love this store! Everyone is consistently friendly and helpful, the store has an overall cheery, bright atmosphere, and the parking is good. In addition to their shipping services, I get all my copying there, reliably well done, and well priced. Plus, I often go there specifically for their good selection of Avanti greeting cards. read more

Wow. Took several amazon returns here a week ago and per amazon policy they were to be labelled by the store. I was given a barcode for them to scan and they did, and they printed me a receipt for all of the items. I've never had a problem with amazon returns in the past, then again I have always been able to label my own returns. Apparently the shop owner's daughter works at this UPS store and was the one who helped me, and did not ship or print the appropriate label for this package apparently. Of course it was the most expensive one, with the price showing on the paper with the barcode that I handed her. Looks like it pays better than you might think to work at this UPS store once all of your perks are considered. Not such a great place to ship items from, however. Now I'm out over $400. Owner was no help whatsoever. I already wasn't pleased that the daughter did not even open the door for me as I was struggling with a 25 pound large box, but just stood and watched. Never dreamed she would steal my package. read more

Amazing service!!! The friendly staff was able to print a poster for me at the last minute. The wonderful lady even gave me directions to a nearby store so I could run an errand while the machine was printing! My heroes! The staff at this store is always welcoming and helpful. Sometimes I'm in and out just dropping off a package. Other times I need them to package things up to ship for me. They do a great job whether it's a large or small item. They ensure the contents are packed well so they'll arrive safely in one piece. All of my packages have arrived when promised making me and the recipient happy. I also don't find their packaging materials overpriced. It's great to have this location so close to me and having the comfort in knowing they'll get the job done right. read more

I would have given 4 stars to this store before today. After today, I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. My interaction with a female manager at the store today (12/2/16 @ ~10 AM) was terrible. I was attempting to ship a small container (a small decorative box about the size of a shoe box filled with baby clothes as gift to a fried). I asked for UPS to package and ship it for me (to Cincinnati). The cost of just the shipping (not including the packaging) was $18. I was shocked, and I made a comment about the price being extremely high for the size of my shipment. I wasn't rude or upset; I was just surprised. The female manager left another customer to come over to me and, frankly, demean me. She said- that is not the size of shoe box and if you can go find another box then it will ship for less...on and on. All the while raising her voice and talking very slowly to me like I am stupid and couldn't follow her infallible logic (I didn't realize that she was an expert on shoe box sizes). Anyway, I asked her to please stop speaking to me that way and to return to her customer, because I did not ask for her help. I simply commented on the price (like anyone would). She then gave me a very condescending "I'm so sorry...I'm the manager of this store and I thought you need help." It was a terrible experience, and it really upset me. I took my shipment and left without a word, because I didn't want to make a scene and have anymore conflict with the manager. As a customer, I am allowed to be surprised by the price of something. I don't need to be demeaned as a result. It was a disgusting display of purported superiority that simply should not occur. I won't be back. I'll go to FedEx from now on. read more
