I really appreciate the service and clear prices, the only suggestion I have is to make a pricing list with all the services offered because many people could have the same mindset I did thinking this place is only good for printing and shipping.

Postal workers make the world go round and I really appreciate those that put in the work to make it all possible. If it wasn't for these people we wouldn't be able to communicate outside of technology as businesses or with friends and family. I appreciate the extended hours (open until 6 pm Monday- Friday) this location offers which includes being open on Saturdays! The staff is always professional and verifies each guest are following the full procedure to send mail effectively. I've been having to send some important documents this year and recently learned you can attach a green card to be sent back on certified mail for legal confirmation that it has been received. Today the line was to the door and it was so refreshing that we all waited our turn patiently, the two ladies did the best they could being understaffed. Remember these people provide vital, secure and resilient communication and delivery infrastructure for the nation, please treat them as the superstars that they are(: Thank you so much for your service!

It was set on the delivery truck all day yesterday (Saturday) with initial expected delivery from 2pm to 6pm, so I made sure to be home at that time, only for 6pm to pass and the status get updated to be delivered by 9pm...sure enough, 9pm passes and nothing, and now my status says I will be updated "as soon as possible". Since it's Sunday I can't reach a human on the phone and their website is this circular nonsense that isn't helpful at all. I highly doubt UPS has anyone monitor this page but just posting to vent.

Since I am totally inept, using my phone for projects like this, Grace took over and was able to send my picture to the store's email address and printed it on quality stock--two sizes! I promptly complained to this center about this serious problem. Thank God for considerate neighbors! The manager was clearly miffed about this. He told me that his drivers ought to know better, especially with expensive deliveries. He said he'll have a talk with that driver. I have had very little issues with this center overall. This one experience was the eexception to the rule.
