I printed it and walked into FedEx. Rosa is awesome. She walked me over to the self service kiosk and showed me how to take care if it ( so next time i can if I'd prefer ). She then got me two receipts with tracking numbers. I prefer to go to a location to get a receipt versus a drop box. Several Years ago i wanted glossy pictures printed and they easily helped me out. There is usually street parking nearby.

I go to this location OFTEN for work. This is the closest location to my studio. So I can attest that they are CONSTANTLY messing up. I get it, they dont get paid well, its corporate. Okay cool if you mess up, fine i understand we are humans. This last time, I ordered all my paperworks for a work training & had to go out of town that night. I realized once I'm there I'm missing half of a document (40 pages total) after spending $100+ for people to always be messing up your order. My fault for not checking immediately but i had up to 300 pages worth of documents so yeah idk if theres 40 pages missing from a manual that I've never even seen myself. But must your employees make it so DIFFICULT for me to get what I need FROM THEIR MISTAKES? Im already wasting my time from them messing up but this manager told me i had to bring the physical copy even though thats not what she said on the phone. I honestly HATE it here. After a little though we realized it was my son's new iPhone which I knew he'd be ridiculously happy to get before the next time we'd be able to pick it up after Christmas. So we jumped in the car and drove. I'd seen the FedEx distribution facility on Front St. but didn't know there was an office where you could drop off and pick up packages - certainly makes sense though. My wife was driving and I forgot my driver's license. I took the door sticky thing to the desk and they asked for my ID. um. I forgot it? He was pretty curt but I get it. It was a long holiday and this was literally the last hour. He hung with me though and we realized my wife's name was on the delivery and she HAD her license. Crisis averted. We got the phone, exchanged some well wishes and we were on our way. The overall experience was a little dramatic though. I am hoping their attitudes were because of the holiday stress but they were over-sharing about someone who had been calling. Apparently both staff members had talked to this person and were comparing notes - and being really unkind about their personal opinions. It was awkward.

Washers don't clean anything, dryers don't dry, staff is rude, loud and unhelpful…read more Washers cost a fortune so they can say free dryers but it's cheaper to go anywhere else and pay for both. Then if you make the mistake of going on Sunday, no free dryers but washers are just as high as ever ...the way the dryers work it takes 3 times as much money to dry as it did to wash. Coin machine always shorts you and they won't refund you for that or when the vending machine steals your money. If you mention a complaint at all, you get " so, go somewhere else"...bet! Ill be sure to never use this laundry mat again ..eeww!
