Rude! went to drop off an Amazon return and followed Amazon's instructions. they refused and were rude. go anywhere else but here. not worth it. read more

Understaffed and full of excuses! Waited in a long line for 15 minutes with one person working to find out that she couldn't bring out the shredding barrel from the back that she needed somebody else to do it, she knew from the time I started waiting in line, because I said is your shredding barrel full it looks like it? She said, oh we've got another one in the back... Huh, but you weren't planning on helping from the time I asked and let me wait another 15 minutes to tell me that you're not going to help me out. POOR customer service Don't waste your time here at this location! read more

It's says it's open at 10:00am on Sunday I'm here right now it's 10:20 no one here. Not the first time this happens..

I made the mistake of going on-line to schedule notary service at this UPS store. I received an email confirmation of appointment. Four hours later, I went for my 1pm appointment and was told their on-line system doesn't really work and they don't have a notary today. I asked why it wasn't removed from their on-line system options and was you he didn't know.... Don't rely on this UPS store for anything other than returning Amazon purchases! read more

Don't do it. Very pricey! Next time will go with USPS. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Got lost actually. Was a very important item. Shipping for overnight registered was $50. read more

A handy stop. I had forgotten this place was here until someone needed documents notarized and told us to meet him there. A tidy store, they provide lots of mail services, faxes, free wifi, and printing. The notary service was professional with no appointment necessary. read more

Every time I go into this store, I'm just so pleased as to how I'm treated. The customer service is amazing, and the employees are always so patient and helpful with me. Especially because I'm not very tech savvy, and they take the time to help kindly and calmly. This is with most of the employees working there, and I frequent this location about once a week. Well done Santa Paula UPS store! read more

If you are lucky enough to get someone who cares, like the younger Hispanic gentleman, great and lucky. But, there is a younger lady who is there most of the time. She's about 5'2, medium build with sandy, longer hair. She's in her early 20's. Rudest person EVER!!! Her behavior has just cost that store an entire neighborhood of business. I really hope that the owner sees o read more

Looked up store hours for Saturday. It said they close at 3pm. I got there at 2:55, carried big boxes from the car to the door, just to find that it was already locked. I verified the hours on the door, it said 3pm. All I needed to to is drop off and go, would have been a 20 second visit. I saw the owner and employees inside. They saw me standing there with boxes. I knocked and they signaled for me to go away through the glass. I signaled back that they had 5 more minutes until 3pm. They refused to open the door, I knocked and tried explaining but they kept shooing me away. I had issues with this store in the past when they refused to wear a mask after the mask mandate started. When you have a business in a small town, you really can't afford to behave like this. People remember. People know. I will be calling corporate to make a complaint and will post on local neighborhood networks to spread the word, and avoid supporting this business. read more

Had the pleasure of running in earlier today for some printing I needed done as my printer stopped working, was reluctant to stop by because of the negative reviews but was left astonished. Mercedes went above and beyond to help me print my documents out, she even asked if I wanted to fax them today and I sure did! Amazing customer service I will be back if anything else arises great job team ups read more

My son and stopped in today to be live scanned. It was quick and easy. The girl that helped us was great. ( I didn't get her name) Thank you. Since the store has been in Santa Paula I have used it many times and never had any problems. read more

Staff was rude, not helpful. I said hello, no reply. Didn't say a word to me when she checked my Amazon return in.

Adriana is one of the newer hired staff there, and she went beyond expectations to look for important repair parts we ordered yesterday. Imagine being a middle supplier of hardware, clothing, food and still offering service to a variety of people with kids, canines and attitude... She is very calm, patient and a good representative. Plus she was working alone and helping with several jobs at once- answering the phone, packaging for folks, getting items. That is an essential service. Thank You! read more

It took them 8 days to tell me that there store doesn't print posters. That is after I called and spoke to someone who told me he would call me back and never did, and sent two emails asking for an update. Complete waste of time. read more

Such great and friendly customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Abreyana. She deserves a raise!!!!

The worst service from both the young girls working there. We sent a package from EBay for $350.00 plus a delivery and insurance fee of $170.00. The package was supposed to be sent to Texas and they sent it back to our home in SP. The owner was also no help and when we called back one of the girls hung up on us. read more

Very helpful staff and very responsive. They are busy but it doesn't seem to bother them. They keep smiling

Never using again. Brought in routine Amazon returns and a month later I get charged again for them because this store failed to ship them. Never happened at any other store I've ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE read more

On more than one occasion, the younger girls who work there are extremely rude and have terrible attitudes.Horrible customer service except for the young Hispanic male that works there. I will no longer give this UPS store location my business. I DO NOT recommend this place . read more

Prices and policies are ridiculous. I've encountered the owner before and he is rude, greedy, and generally unhelpful I needed to print a return label for an amazon package and emailed it to the store. They charged around $5 for two pages of black and white printed paper. This place overcharges for everything. Only come here if you are dropping off packages that are already labeled. read more

This happened to me once before at this store. I attempted to return an Amazon package. The instruction are very explicit, they say "THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE." This store said that I have to buy a package to ship it in. the clerk there also said that Amazon has one requirement, but the UPS store has another. This is absolutely not correct. Let me repeat what the instructions are: "THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE." And the attitude at this place, every time I've gone in is the same. These people suck! read more

Maaan, every time I come the guy nickle and dimes me for some ridiculousness. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. Worst customer service ever. Has a charge and a fee for everything. Came to do livescan and he tried charging me even though the company covers it. Gave me attitude when I pointed out that the company covers it. Hate this place. Wish I could go somewhere else for livescan. Have to drive to oxnard now. read more

The younger set of employees at this store are kind and helpful and friendly. I had a great experience here today I didn't expect. Millie was the only employee at the store and while handling other guests as she went she was able to offer assistance and advice to us on how to best ship our gifts (we came in unprepared and with little idea on the process). She was happy to help and was slightly surprised by the thank you. Example of an ideal human to assist people, keep up the work. read more

Horrible customer service. The employee didn't know they close at 7:00 pm and when i got there at 6pm, very rude she told me they were going to close at 6:30 which didn't make sense because it said 7pm outside. So she went to check. This worries me because she works there and she doesn't even know her schedule. The whole time i was there trying to print, she was extremely rude. I never write reviews but she made me feel so uncomfortable. read more

Sukhjinder was extremely helpful and quick in shipping the seven boxes we had. They also had a hand truck we could use which made it even easier. Would use again! read more

Worst service came in to do a livescan, gave the lady my information and she input my name wrong. Had to miss a month of class because Department of Justice would not clear me to continue my next class course. Went back to do my livescan again she acknowledged it was her fault never apologized and still charged me for her error to do redo my livescan. Even on the second time she was typing my birth date wrong!!! Good thing I looked how she typed my information this time. Had to submit a claim with corporate UPS and still trying to get them to refund me for an error that the lady at UPS store in Santa Paula made!!! UPS needs to take care of their customers better when the error is done by their employees. I'm still infuriated with UPS and the way they are handling my claim, I felt obligated to write this review!!! If it was up to me they would not even get one star!!! read more
