Customer Service was great. Crystal was very helpful and honest in the shipping and handling process. Definitely will return. read more

Horrific! Nasty & aggressive "manager' who looked like & spoke like an ex-con. Not only was he rude & tattoos all over, but was insulting & kept talking to me while I was on hold with the company for confirmation information to return pkg. He just did not want to deal with a bulky item & even though he asked me to leave which I was more than happy to do, people should be fore-warned that this is a highly macho& insecure man who seemed threatened my an 77 year old female who was alone so guess he felt like he could badger me while I was on hold with the company & had my back turned. I would never go here ever & advise others to not engage with this ugly man. read more

Depending on who is working you can have a drastically different experience. There is a particular man who is always standoffish and unfriendly. Literally all other employees are great. I have started to go out of my way to a different UPS location to avoid him. read more

Have been helped several times by the owner and never has it been very friendly. Today though was the icing on the cake. I just needed to bring a package with a QR code given to me by Amazon and I've never had the rudest most obnoxious experience in a business. He refused to mail the box because he said it wasn't packaged. Although this is how Amazon shipped it to me. He say I was wrong because there was no previous label. I explained I took it off. He said that wasn't possible. In the end I think he wanted to sell me more packaging and I would've just done it at that point but he became so rude and degrading and he asked me to leave. Mind you I've given them business for many years. I was shocked and asked where another UPS store was. He told me look it up myself. I even had witnesses shocked with his behavior. I will never go back. When I got home my daughter told me he's been extremely rude to her as well. I then took my package to UPS store in Orcutt where they kindly printed a label pasted it on the box and took care of me instantaneously. Great service and a smile. I will now drive out of my way to give them all future business read more

The jacka$$ who is always working there will rip you off and even charge you for Amazon returns. He will charge you for having to print the shipping label and an extra charge just to tape it to the package. No joke. No other Amazon return places charge for that. I think he gets off on charging for anything he can get away with. He's a little man with a power trip. read more

Customer service has continued to decline. Do not understand how the manager is still the manager. He is rude and his attitude trickles down to the rest of the employees. Walk in , 4 employees , no one acknowledges you, ask for help and it's like you are a nuisance. One employee was on the phone with what sounded like a personal call, being very loud and obnoxious. A line began to form behind me, 2 employees left for lunch, one was helping someone else and the manager continued to walk around pretending to be busy. read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. This tiny single-unit strip mall location is a magical place where the errands on my to-do list disappear quickly and painlessly. I've used this place for packing, for shipping, for Amazon returns, for notary, for document shredding, and now for passport service. Everything taken care of with minimal hassle. It's the one store that's close to my house that I hope never closes up shop. read more

a guy in no uniform with big eyes provided terrible customer service. according to an email received by UPS themselves i can pickup a package that is not under my name as long as i provide the tracking number which i did and i was still not able to get my package due to "UPS policy". i put myself as the pickup person when ordering and putting my package as pickup. will never recommend this UPS. read more

This review is for December 23. I had to drop off a package on or before 24 December. The website information was reliable and I found out that that Sunday the store would be closed and so I planned to go on Saturday. The hours listed were accurate on the website and I was able to ship my package earlier than expected. The staff that took care of me, and my order was very polite and explained the process of shipping the item and took care of more out order quickly. Overall review : accurate information on the website allowed me to create a plan to take care of shipping early well the store was still open, and in-store. the great customer support provided the information that I highly value as a customer to take care of my order. read more

I just moved and don't have a printer, but I wanted to return something quickly, so I went to this UPS store and asked if I could pay for them to print out a shipping label. They said yes, they would charge me for it, and then the male employee working told the girl ringing me up that she also had to charge me for packing tape. My package was incredibly small, it really only needed minimal packing tape. I asked if I could buy a roll of packing tape and was told they were "out." Today I went back to the same UPS and watched the same male employee NOT charge the lady in front of me for a GIANT boxed return. Incredibly rude and ridiculous customer service practices here. read more

the service here is pretty epic . kind people make for a good experience i don't plan on going to any other printing place I found the best one ! read more

Unfriendly staff. Young hispanic girl waited on me on April 16h 2025. Did not say one word to me during the transaction. Did not smile, did not give me any eye contact. I am usually helped by the middle aged guy with tattoos who is just as unfriendly. I have been patronizing this store for the last 9 years. I wish the Clark Ave location was closer, they are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Do they not understand if you work in customer service it's helpful to be friendly! read more

Quick service, super friendly, and helped with questions I had for getting a mailbox and delivering packages.

I frequently use this ups store for business and personal shipping. Usually great customer service however there is one rep who is a bit of a prick, zero personality or customer service skills. read more

Super rude and unprofessional. The owner is much nicer at the town center one. Tried to accuse of stealing a box.

Very nice people , professional, helpful and efficient. They are even open part day on Saturday read more

-aggressive attitude from a staff. -lack services . If you don't have the type of services anymore, then a sign should be visible. Even if it's temporary. The bald guy said to me "...you dont need to tell us what to do" while I merely suggested that a sign should've been visible so I didn't have to wait. read more

I guess it really depends on who's helping you. I came here before you had excellent customer service but for some reason every time I get the guy with big eyes and tattoos he is a total asshole. I guarantee this is the guy that other people are complaining about. I usually use the UPS store in Arroyo Grande and they are so sweet and helpful about everything. This guy seems put out and is just rude in general....common courtesy and care goes a long way! read more

Every time I go here, the service is fast and efficient. One of the employees, I think her name is Crystal, suggested packaging options that would save me the most money. Other places are greedy and always trying to upsell. This is my to go place for all my shipping needs. read more

I don't understand why your business states you are open M-F 8am-6pm?? I needed to send a package I drive up to the store at 5:49 pm. One of the employees is out side smoking right by the door completely unprofessional wearing a plaid shirt and hat. Once I parked in front of store he runs in side and starts pulling the metal gate at register to close it. I just don't understand how someone can hire such lazy, unprofessional employees. I hope someone is keeping record of his time entered for working hours I'm sure he is falsifying recorded time of work. I won't be back I can't deal with such lack of professionalism. I will drive across town to the ups store at town center and give them my business. read more

Brand new store. Usually very fast, always friendly. Super simple process and helpful service when you're dropping off a return or item to ship. Located near the dealerships in the shopping center next to Panera Bread. Get a Starbucks or Jamba Juice if you're thirsty :) read more

Sad to leave a poor review anywhere but this ups store has let me down twice. The first time was the male employees and a male customer talking in graphic detail about a pretty woman customer who just left. So unprofessional and made me sick to my stomach. The second time the male employee treated me rudely after I fell in the newly paved parking lot and injured my knee pretty badly. Didn't want to get me a paper towel, didn't ask if I was ok and pointed at the mess I tracked in. I was clearly in shock and he made me feel even worse with his treatment of me and lack of sympathy even shaming me for my poor decision making. I do not recommend this ups store and will be contacting higher up to file a complaint. read more

The manager Robert is kind and knowledgeable, he discusses your shipping options and lets you know the best method to use and ship your items. I make frequent Amazon and TikTok returns and he let me know when they do or do not need a package and does not try to upcharge me on boxes will go to UPS store from now on read more

The owner shipped a very delicate item. Professional packing, great customer service, and a great overall value. Thanks!

I REALLY appreciate the owner Sang and his team-they know my by name , face and email, always make small talk, are genuine ask help me out A LOT as I'm an temporary essential worker here in SM. They're efficient and I'm always in and out very quickly. I've been with them for about a year now and sadly my contract is ending so I don't need the mailbox here anymore, otherwise I would stay on. Special thanks to Sang and his team...I've really appreciated your services over the last year. I highly recommend this location. Easy setup for a mailbox and easy and convenient services. During COVID they did their absolute best and I appreciate that. read more

I went in for just a couple copies and the man that was working was a jerk from the get go. Won't use this location for any of my UPS needs. I ended up paying $2.00 more than I intended. read more

I really don't know how to use my $1000+ phone, so they helped me print, scan and email my documents. Plus I had some Amazon returns and couldn't figure out what to do (there were too many words in the instructions...ahhh!!!) but they knew exacting what to do! So, if you don't like to read and technology is not your bag, this is the place! Truly, I would give this location 2 stars, so the 2 stars can make more baby stars and the store could get infinity stars, like rabbits. read more

I really like when Sang is there, probably the best out of all of them that I've encountered. But the tall, bald guy is the worst one. So awkward and rude in my opinion. Probably shouldn't be manning the register or doing customer service at all. Just a dull encounter whenever he's around. Just minor things like "Hello, how can I help you?" Or "Have a nice day" he can't even do that. Doesn't say a damn word most of the times too ; expecting you to know everything. Not a fan of this location... read more

Great and fast service. The staff is always friendly. I usually do my Amazon returns or exchanges here and it's always so easy and fast.

I've used this location for shipping numerous times and never have been disappointed. Recently needed to get copies and it's so easy to just run in and do your business and leave. Employees are always friendly and helpful. read more

As always a quick in and out. also have gotten notarizations done here. Glad to have this one nearby!

The guy Robert who is managing the store, was rude, and used my medical condition as a form to talk crap about me. It also seems I'm not the only one. There has been a number of people and complaints. Robert claimed he talked with the owner. From comments I'm assuming his name is sang. Well from what Robert & Matt ( his co-worker) said that sang is a Franchise and corporate can't touch him. Well I called corporate, I've also worked for a corporate company before. And depending on the reviews and profits. Sang could lose his business. I did let corporate know what Robert said. read more

Great old fashion service is what you get here! Owner Sang goes beyond the call of duty helping with not onLy packages getting where they need to be but also printing out information from emails etc! I strongly recommend this store! read more

Horrible customer service, rude staff and I wasn't able to send off my package because their equipment wasn't working.

Super convenient location and the staff is friendly and efficient. I only go here for anything UPS.

I called on a Monday to see when passport pictures are taken. I was told Monday-Friday 8-2. I asked if I needed an appointment, I was told no. I wrangled up my family (which is incredibly hard to orchestrate) we got there at 1 and was told no one was there to do take the pictures. After the owner was called...they are the ones that take the pictures...we were told he'd be there in 30 minutes...at 2...when they no longer take the pictures. I'm sorry but if you are a business owner and you're responsible for taking the pictures, you need to be there when you say you're going to be there OR you make sure you have an employee who can take the pictures. I'm not happy with them at all. I will never be back. read more

Great customer service and their staff is awesome. Sang is always very helpful! I always go here to return all my packages.

Great experience returning some of my Amazon packages. The two gentlemen working were very helpful and facilitated the entire process! I had return codes to all of my amazon packages except one which needed to be printed. They gave me their email and printed the return label for me and took care of everything else. Awesome customer service! I will definitely be returning to this store. read more
