Customer service has continued to decline. Do not understand how the manager is still the manager. He is rude and his attitude trickles down to the rest of the employees. Walk in , 4 employees , no one acknowledges you, ask for help and it's like you are a nuisance. One employee was on the phone with what sounded like a personal call, being very loud and obnoxious. A line began to form behind me, 2 employees left for lunch, one was helping someone else and the manager continued to walk around pretending to be busy. read more

The jacka$$ who is always working there will rip you off and even charge you for Amazon returns. He will charge you for having to print the shipping label and an extra charge just to tape it to the package. No joke. No other Amazon return places charge for that. Have been helped several times by the owner and never has it been very friendly. Today though was the icing on the cake. I just needed to bring a package with a QR code given to me by Amazon and I've never had the rudest most obnoxious experience in a business. He refused to mail the box because he said it wasn't packaged. Although this is how Amazon shipped it to me. He say I was wrong because there was no previous label. I explained I took it off. He said that wasn't possible. In the end I think he wanted to sell me more packaging and I would've just done it at that point but he became so rude and degrading and he asked me to leave. Mind you I've given them business for many years. I was shocked and asked where another UPS store was. He told me look it up myself. I even had witnesses shocked with his behavior. I will never go back. When I got home my daughter told me he's been extremely rude to her as well. I then took my package to UPS store in Orcutt where they kindly printed a label pasted it on the box and took care of me instantaneously. Great service and a smile. a guy in no uniform with big eyes provided terrible customer service. according to an email received by UPS themselves i can pickup a package that is not under my name as long as i provide the tracking number which i did and i was still not able to get my package due to "UPS policy". i put myself as the pickup person when ordering and putting my package as pickup. will never recommend this UPS. read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. This tiny single-unit strip mall location is a magical place where the errands on my to-do list disappear quickly and painlessly. I've used this place for packing, for shipping, for Amazon returns, for notary, for document shredding, and now for passport service. Everything taken care of with minimal hassle. I just moved and don't have a printer, but I wanted to return something quickly, so I went to this UPS store and asked if I could pay for them to print out a shipping label. They said yes, they would charge me for it, and then the male employee working told the girl ringing me up that she also had to charge me for packing tape. My package was incredibly small, it really only needed minimal packing tape. I asked if I could buy a roll of packing tape and was told they were "out." Today I went back to the same UPS and watched the same male employee NOT charge the lady in front of me for a GIANT boxed return. This review is for December 23. I had to drop off a package on or before 24 December. The website information was reliable and I found out that that Sunday the store would be closed and so I planned to go on Saturday. The hours listed were accurate on the website and I was able to ship my package earlier than expected. The staff that took care of me, and my order was very polite and explained the process of shipping the item and took care of more out order quickly. Overall review : accurate information on the website allowed me to create a plan to take care of shipping early well the store was still open, and in-store. the great customer support provided the information that I highly value as a customer to take care of my order. read more

Unfriendly staff. Young hispanic girl waited on me on April 16h 2025. Did not say one word to me during the transaction. Did not smile, did not give me any eye contact. I am usually helped by the middle aged guy with tattoos who is just as unfriendly. I have been patronizing this store for the last 9 years. I don't understand why your business states you are open M-F 8am-6pm?? I needed to send a package I drive up to the store at 5:49 pm. One of the employees is out side smoking right by the door completely unprofessional wearing a plaid shirt and hat. Once I parked in front of store he runs in side and starts pulling the metal gate at register to close it. I just don't understand how someone can hire such lazy, unprofessional employees. I hope someone is keeping record of his time entered for working hours I'm sure he is falsifying recorded time of work. I won't be back I can't deal with such lack of professionalism. I guess it really depends on who's helping you. I came here before you had excellent customer service but for some reason every time I get the guy with big eyes and tattoos he is a total asshole. I guarantee this is the guy that other people are complaining about. I usually use the UPS store in Arroyo Grande and they are so sweet and helpful about everything. Sad to leave a poor review anywhere but this ups store has let me down twice. The first time was the male employees and a male customer talking in graphic detail about a pretty woman customer who just left. So unprofessional and made me sick to my stomach. The second time the male employee treated me rudely after I fell in the newly paved parking lot and injured my knee pretty badly. Didn't want to get me a paper towel, didn't ask if I was ok and pointed at the mess I tracked in. I was clearly in shock and he made me feel even worse with his treatment of me and lack of sympathy even shaming me for my poor decision making. I really don't know how to use my $1000+ phone, so they helped me print, scan and email my documents. Plus I had some Amazon returns and couldn't figure out what to do (there were too many words in the instructions...ahhh!!!) but they knew exacting what to do! So, if you don't like to read and technology is not your bag, this is the place! I called on a Monday to see when passport pictures are taken. I was told Monday-Friday 8-2. I asked if I needed an appointment, I was told no. I wrangled up my family (which is incredibly hard to orchestrate) we got there at 1 and was told no one was there to do take the pictures. After the owner was called...they are the ones that take the pictures...we were told he'd be there in 30 minutes...at 2...when they no longer take the pictures. I'm sorry but if you are a business owner and you're responsible for taking the pictures, you need to be there when you say you're going to be there OR you make sure you have an employee who can take the pictures. I'm not happy with them at all. I will never be back. read more

Great experience returning some of my Amazon packages. The two gentlemen working were very helpful and facilitated the entire process! I had return codes to all of my amazon packages except one which needed to be printed. They gave me their email and printed the return label for me and took care of everything else.
