After we closed on our house in Montana, we realized that we would not be able to take everything we had planned so we went back to them and asked to remove a considerable amount of stuff and requote and it came back as $4100 more than the original quote that I signed. The explanation was that they had used the wrong contract when they originally quoted us. This makes me question the reliability of the estimation process. Sadly, I used another local agency for our out of state move and hope that they look at their processes going forward.

It was a challenging delivery since it had to go up a set of twisty stairs. I called them ahead of time to prepare them, thinking that I would get push-back but instead I was met with a positive attitude and someone who was brainstorming with me for awhile on the phone on how to make it work. They scheduled the delivery immediately to accommodate my vacation schedule. The two guys who showed up had the same positive attitude. I had expected them to roll their eyes and try to beg off but nope. They patiently talked with me about the different possible options and then settled on a plan, being very careful and protecting not only the tub but also the stairs and the handrails. They managed to squeeze it through the twists and turns with less than an inch to spare. They placed it exactly where it needed to be and left us very happy.
