We decided to have them put up an outdoor fan with a light in it so that we could enjoy the patio in the evening as well as when the weather is hot. We also chose to have a screen put us to help the heat as well as the direct sun in the afternoon. The job was so professional and we just love how easy it was to work with them. Also for a much lower price, we were able to not only do the cover, we had them install the fan, put up a skylight as well as the sun shade. Absolutely go with their company! Once it was installed (by the installer they set up for us) it was immediately evident that it was "rickety" at best. It was also an eyesore, with bright, plastic looking chrome on the handle which would have been impossible to see from the tiny thumbnail across the counter we looked at before agreeing to purchase (totally on us). But more importantly it wasn't stable. It rattles horribly when you open it. It rattles horribly when you close it. And it moves all around inside of its compartment. When we contacted the store, complete with video, we were told "no refunds," which was never disclosed during the purchase process. The receipt is emailed to you with the disclosure after you purchased the item and leave the store. The response from the manager was that this was the highest quality trash compactor on the market, despite the videos showing the contrary. He said maybe the install was dome incorrectly but his installer, who is very nice, told us that was the best he could do, so it was basically too bad for us. Buyer beware.
