I've bought a purse twice here for my wife, gifts for my kids, this includes puzzles, wallets, beanies, cards, candy and more. They have the best quality gifts and pretty good prices. I love this place. It offers such a variety of items. Browse to your heart's content! I have used their notary service, copying, mailing, etc. I have arthritis and use a cane. Today I had two packages to mail. It is hard to wait in line for very long. I was able to sit until my turn came. A very pleasant lady helped me with each package ensuring that all was correct and what I needed. I took my receipt and remembered the cane, but forgot the carrier I used to bring in the packages. Tried to ship a fed ex parcel Mon 0900, on a Monday. They said fedex ground would get it there the next day. It is Thurs at almost 6 pm and pkg is still not being delivered until tomorrow, 5 days later, by end of the day! Five days to go three hours away. Has been less than 15 min away from the recipient for two days now. Another time they took four days to scan 70 pages, after saying it would be done the same day. ( submitted at 0900). read more

I have bought lots of neat gifts from your store...hundreds of dollars!!! I purchase 2 thinking putty in which an employee help me with my questions.. I was missed informed by your employee that all product came with the light that lets you write on this product ( the whole reason I purchase them). So I open them and was disappointed to find no lights in either one! Was told because I touched them I could not exchanged them for the light ones. Policy on receipt states "merchandise must be in new condition." So a touch makes it not in new condition? Being that I was missed informed by YOUR employee I feel I should have been able to exchanged them for the light putty. I went there to drop off a package for delivery because my office uses Perry's. I was surprised to find so much cool stuff for sale, too. I've been there three or four more times since. Usually I have a Fed Ex, UPS or other package to get help delivering. But then I shop the gifts and cool stuff, and always find something to by. I shipped a 4lb package today at Perry's because I was told they shipped UPS to Hawaii. I was charged almost $36 for a package I would have paid $21 at the post office for. Line was very long, though customer service was great. For the $15 service fee, next time I will wait an extra 2 minutes at the post office. read more
