I went here because of the one star someone posted. I had to send 2 expensive products to send. The lady working helped me tremendously!!! I am not good at packaging things nor am I good and taping and even worse at filling things out ( I get super stressed in large loud places when I just can't !!) she was so helpful and contrary to what someone else said, she taped my stuff and helped Me get the labels printed and on! I totally will always come here even though I love 20 minutes away!!! read more

I don't recommend getting a private mailbox here if you get packages. She tells her customers to go in the back of her mail room and get their own packages which ate mixed with others. Then she will instruct you to just take your own. As soon as my $100 new bed spread disappeared, I decided it's not ok. She was also not very nice at one point. Others love her but her personality is harsh. Even my daughter knows her and agrees she's very rude when she enters her work. read more

Went there yesterday around 1ish to drop of a pre labeled fed ex package. My instructions were clear. I needed to go to a direct location and grt a receipt. Do not go to a drop box. This was a 1300 cell phone I was returning, so yeah I get I need proof for refund. Anyways, the store clerk said that she doesn't give receipts for packages. I said I have to have a receipt or my return can be voided. She shrugged her shoulders and said you can leave your package here with me or you can drive to San Luis. I looked around and there were boxes everywhere on the floor and easy grabbing distance for anyone. I definitely took my package and left to the Paso-Ramada location and explained to them what she said. The owners at that store where very shocked to hear that she said next drop is SLO and refused to give a receipt. Very shady place, highly recommended to go elsewhere. read more

Our business sells greeting cards wholesale. Typically we have UPS pickup, but one of our accounts switched to Fed Ex. We took two packages to drop off at "Anything Goes", and the woman behind the counter tapped her finger on the box. "What's in here?" "Greeting cards," I replied. "No it's not." SHE ACTUALLY SAID THIS. "I can't ship alcohol." Me: "That's great. These are greeting cards." Her: "No they're not." Looking into this woman's eyes, I felt that my best recourse was to leave. We sold an item on Ebay and the cost of shipping was going to be so much that we were going to be taking a loss! She gave me a few tips to lessen the cost. I went to this shipping place because I was desperate to ship something quickly. It was not anything ILLEGAL or immoral. The owner was VERY put out that she had to get OFF of her cell phone and off of her stool to help me. I asked the owner if she could help me with something and she told me she couldn't help me, questioning what was in my box. I asked her a simple question about something she was selling in the store and she rolled her eyes and turned away from me. I do not know WHERE the hell this awful woman came from but she is a terrible human. I would not support ANY business owned by such a rude, unsocialized human being. She is mean. She is rude. She sucks the money out of people who have no idea that they could get the same services for 10 cents instead of 5 dollars elsewhere. I will go to North County Parcel ANY TIME. They ship quickly, my packages arrive to their destination DAYS before expected, and they offer cheap paper and tape. This woman at Anything Goes has lost numerous packages of mine, claiming she never got them. If I could I would rate her minus 10 stars, I would. This place is AWFUL. read more
