Initially needed copies of our holiday letter, so here I was. Also needed to make copies of my to-be-published manuscript of 300 pages. A very full service operation, from copying to developing graphics and putting together anything printed. Quite a shop. Extremely helpful and nice staff. If you need it done NOW, they will do it. If you are not in a rush, as I was, they will give you a time when it will be ready and there it will be. I was surprised at how inexpensive their work was. Copies were $.09 versus 10 cents or more elsewhere. And the 300 page manuscript was $10 less that I had been paying at Kinko's and other copy shops. They have another location in San Luis Obispo on South Higuera Street. Really nice people and a really nice place to take your business. read more

I AM NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. Me and my daughter (7 years old) and my son (5 years old) went in there to get something print them out. While I was talking to the stuff and getting things printed, my daughter and son was walking around taking a look at the merchandise. All of the sudden, this large old guy comes out of the stuff area and motions my daughter so rudely, indicating my daughter is stealing something. She is fucking 7. She was holding a little notebook and see if she could fit that in her pocket. I know, yes if older individuals was trying to "fit" stuff in their pocket things might have been different. But can't you see she is clearly elementary schooler and she is with her parent? This guy does not even approach me, he just leaves us in a dust in front of other customers. No "could you put that down" No "oh can you tell your daughter not to do that" Nothing. Just rude remarks to 7 year old girl. Me, the parent is here. Come and talk to me. He handled the situation so badly my daughter is scared to death and non-stop crying. Worst experience, traumatized my daughter... It's not even discussion of customer service work- simply luck of human decency. WE ARE NOT EVER COMING BACK. read more

My deepest and most heartfelt thanks to Mike and Jim at Reprographics. On short notice, they were able to make a beautiful and fitting Memorial flyer for my brother's funeral. Thank you Jim, for applying your expertise and experience toward creation of a flyer when I felt somewhat emotionally paralyzed with loss. They made the process easy, and the result beautiful. I could not have been happier with the finished product. read more

Very pleased with ASAP Repographics and their excellent service! Their employees are very knowledgeable and willing to explain pricing and details in depth. The pricing is also great! I've printed prints of artwork here, and their pricing was much better than anywhere else - including anywhere online. Very happy with the quality, I plan on continuing to use ASAP Repographics for any future printing needs. read more

Contacted ASAP to help me in designing labels for my business. They failed to mention that any design work would be the property of theirs regardless of my payment, after 3 months of collaborating with them. When I requested the pdf of the design (after full payment) they informed me that unless I did my print work with them they owned the design. If this would have been disclosed prior, I would have made other arrangements. After being notified that this was their policy (ownership of design), their employee said he would contact the owner to try to remedy this misunderstanding (to which he took full responsibility). Never heard back from them again. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Unclear. Be warned Roger, I don't know what's worse....your employee not telling you the truth of what it was disclosed or not, or you not offering an apology for the time and money that I wasted. Your graphic designer Jim never disclosed anything of what you are mentioning; if you want to have your customers informed about the standards of the industry you should have it posted and/or have your employees trained and disclose that information. I explained above the reason of my review and that's exactly what happen; in response you replied exactly the opposite. If you wanted to contact me, your designer had my email. read more

Woody and the rest of the staff are so efficient and pleasant, it's great doing business with ASAP in Morro Bay. Affordable, fast, and services are easy to use. We are living in our rv while buying a house and we email our documents and they print them right away, have also used copier, and scanning services. So much faster and easier to deal with than Staples. read more

I was planning the decorations for my class reunion and was looking for inexpensive yet impressive options to fill the walls of a large auditorium. Woody scanned in some images from my yearbooks and stories from a forty-year-old newspaper and printed them out huge! We're talking 36" x 48". The quality was fabulous and people were literally tearing them off the walls to take at the end of the reunion. Excellent work, Woody! read more

I am not happy with the 3.00 "minimum" order. There are no signs that display this info. I needed three copies, and it cost me $3.24."That's our minimum price." I needed the papers and had to give it to him. I asked where the sign was because I was flabbergasted that they could get away with this bait and switch act. (There was non, nor could he find it on the roster on the counter.) This practice is deceptive. read more

I believe it's been 13 years since I first stepped into ASAP Reprographics. Back then I was just a high schooler looking for something to fill my time. The staff didn't treat me like a hooligan so when it came down for a gift, I came back. I found the perfect pen, a fancy quality, great price, that the staff personally helped me find. It was definitely a hit with my dad and made major points.. After such great service, I used their services for a school project. Not only did the staff walk me through the process, they helped me pick the perfect fonts, colors, finish to help me take my data to the next level which got me not only an A in school, but two separate awards. From this point on I recommended ASAP Reprographics to anyone who would listen to a 17 year old. My older sister ended up using their services in her law office, and was greatly pleased. It's now been 13 years and I still stop by ASAP Reprographics when I'm in Morro Bay. I had been gone from the coast for almost a decade, but my first stop at this shop I was greeted with a warm smile. I felt as if I was still a local gone only a week, not a full 10 years.m I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone. If you have any questions, their fabulous staff will always be there to help you. read more
