Initially needed copies of our holiday letter, so here I was. Also needed to make copies of my to-be-published manuscript of 300 pages. A very full service operation, from copying to developing graphics and putting together anything printed. Quite a shop. Extremely helpful and nice staff. If you need it done NOW, they will do it. If you are not in a rush, as I was, they will give you a time when it will be ready and there it will be. I was surprised at how inexpensive their work was. Copies were $.09 versus 10 cents or more elsewhere. And the 300 page manuscript was $10 less that I had been paying at Kinko's and other copy shops. They have another location in San Luis Obispo on South Higuera Street. Really nice people and a really nice place to take your business. read more

I AM NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. Me and my daughter (7 years old) and my son (5 years old) went in there to get something print them out. While I was talking to the stuff and getting things printed, my daughter and son was walking around taking a look at the merchandise. All of the sudden, this large old guy comes out of the stuff area and motions my daughter so rudely, indicating my daughter is stealing something. She is fucking 7. She was holding a little notebook and see if she could fit that in her pocket. I know, yes if older individuals was trying to "fit" stuff in their pocket things might have been different. But can't you see she is clearly elementary schooler and she is with her parent? This guy does not even approach me, he just leaves us in a dust in front of other customers. No "could you put that down" No "oh can you tell your daughter not to do that" Nothing. Just rude remarks to 7 year old girl. Me, the parent is here. Come and talk to me. He handled the situation so badly my daughter is scared to death and non-stop crying. Worst experience, traumatized my daughter... It's not even discussion of customer service work- simply luck of human decency. WE ARE NOT EVER COMING BACK. read more

Contacted ASAP to help me in designing labels for my business. They failed to mention that any design work would be the property of theirs regardless of my payment, after 3 months of collaborating with them. When I requested the pdf of the design (after full payment) they informed me that unless I did my print work with them they owned the design. If this would have been disclosed prior, I would have made other arrangements. After being notified that this was their policy (ownership of design), their employee said he would contact the owner to try to remedy this misunderstanding (to which he took full responsibility). Never heard back from them again. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Unclear. Be warned Roger, I don't know what's worse....your employee not telling you the truth of what it was disclosed or not, or you not offering an apology for the time and money that I wasted. Your graphic designer Jim never disclosed anything of what you are mentioning; if you want to have your customers informed about the standards of the industry you should have it posted and/or have your employees trained and disclose that information. I explained above the reason of my review and that's exactly what happen; in response you replied exactly the opposite. If you wanted to contact me, your designer had my email. read more

I was planning the decorations for my class reunion and was looking for inexpensive yet impressive options to fill the walls of a large auditorium. Woody scanned in some images from my yearbooks and stories from a forty-year-old newspaper and printed them out huge! We're talking 36" x 48". I am not happy with the 3.00 "minimum" order. There are no signs that display this info. I needed three copies, and it cost me $3.24."That's our minimum price." I needed the papers and had to give it to him. I asked where the sign was because I was flabbergasted that they could get away with this bait and switch act. (There was non, nor could he find it on the roster on the counter.) This practice is deceptive. read more
