I finally had to ask for assistance even though they clearly knew I had been waiting for awhile. I don't know what happened with the two negative reviews here, but this is the best printer in the area. They have everything from business cards to posters and banners. We used Burdine for our daughter's birthday invitations and were disappointed after all the great things we heard about them. Both times I went in they seemed too busy to help me, walking around, not greeting me when I walked in and I had to ask to be helped even though the girls were standing a few feet away. They were quick to get my job done which was the best thing about the whole experience. I don't mind paying more to support a local business but with poor customer service it was definitely over priced. Overall very disappointing. read more

jumped online just to get the phone number quickly. then i saw the two bad reviews and figure the complainers must fall in the high-maintenance category and can never be happy. we have used burdine printing for over 15 years, for 4 different businesses. i have referred other people, who still use them. my son went into business for himself and he uses them. between the owner, peggy and the creative and artistic genius of james and tonya, the things they have produced for me have been excellent. they even coordinate with a mailing service if you want to make things for mail outs. we would not consider using anyone else. if they do not rush to the counter to greet you, it means they are busy, and that is a good thing in this economy. they will be there in 20 seconds! if you can't wait that long, go try living in l.a. and yes they smile!! keep up the great work burdine printing!! read more

This printing business has gone waaayyyy downhill. When I first walked in the staff just sat there. Nobody even looked up for at least 3 minutes and then they just stared at me, looked at each other like who's going to help her. It was so awkward! Our order for business cards took over 3 weeks and every time I called to ask about them I was told their printing machine was down. This was the 3rd order we've placed in less than a year that their printing machine was broken. Maybe they should invest in a new one. And the girls were rude on the phone. We'll never do business with them again. read more
