jumped online just to get the phone number quickly. then i saw the two bad reviews and figure the complainers must fall in the high-maintenance category and can never be happy. we have used burdine printing for over 15 years, for 4 different businesses. i have referred other people, who still use them. my son went into business for himself and he uses them. between the owner, peggy and the creative and artistic genius of james and tonya, the things they have produced for me have been excellent. they even coordinate with a mailing service if you want to make things for mail outs. we would not consider using anyone else. if they do not rush to the counter to greet you, it means they are busy, and that is a good thing in this economy. they will be there in 20 seconds! if you can't wait that long, go try living in l.a. and yes they smile!! keep up the great work burdine printing!! read more

I manage a remote team around the country, and needed an award certificate printed and delivered to an employee who lives in the Arroyo Grande area. Yes, I could have ordered it from one of the online-only printing companies, but I prefer to work with local companies whenever possible, so I was thrilled to find Burdine on Yelp. I was able to submit my artwork online, and they followed up with a quote and a proof just hours later. They then delivered the printed and mounted certificate to our employee on the day of the awards ceremony. I couldn't be happier with their service and their very reasonable pricing - and the fact I could do it all online made things just that much easier. Thanks Burdine! read more

Best print shop on the Central Coast. Get it done quick for the best price. Their service is great! If you need 5, 500, or 5000 prints made you can rest assured they will get it done quick. As an outside sales rep, time is money and my flyers keep me selling. So, do your business or organization a solid and make sure your print needs get done right. I have trusted them with my printing needs for almost 3 years and am always a happy customer. read more

Burdine Printing - Printing Services Near Me - Arroyo Grande, California

Very helpful & professional - I've used them a few times for work. They will call to double check after they've self proofed something to make sure the quality and paper is to your standards. Highly recommend them! read more

I needed a keep sake journal scanned and put on a flash drive. Karina was amazing and the finished product was perfect. I'm so thankful I chose Burdine's. Karen read more

Walked into the store, and the workers just stared at me. Not so much as a "hello", "welcome", "be with you in a minute" or "how can I help you?"... nothing! I finally had to ask for assistance even though they clearly knew I had been waiting for awhile. Sorry I'm inconveniencing you by placing an order...By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The wedding invitations came out fine, but were way overpriced. I would not recommend them. read more

I don't know what happened with the two negative reviews here, but this is the best printer in the area. They have everything from business cards to posters and banners. I think they even do vehicle graphics. They have always been super nice to me and their service has been great! I encourage anyone to give them a try. read more

I am a Practice Manager for a local private medical practice. We had our big, beautiful street sign made by Burdine Printing and the experience was a great one. Not only do they do Great work, they are friendly and communicate effectively. We will be sending them all our printing business moving forward. It feels good supporting a local business, especially when the work is quality! Thanks Burdine Printing! See you soon. read more

I own a small business in Arroyo Grande, and have used Burdine Printing for several marketing projects. I had a banner made to put across a pop up canopy while working different events, and the in-house graphic designer was really helpful with the suggestions he made for the lay-out. The owner, Peggy, seems to always be working in the store and is really helpful when discussing different options in the decision making process. She seems genuinely concerned with making sure I get exactly what I want as opposed to what she thinks I should have. Thank you! read more

We used Burdine for our daughter's birthday invitations and were disappointed after all the great things we heard about them. Both times I went in they seemed too busy to help me, walking around, not greeting me when I walked in and I had to ask to be helped even though the girls were standing a few feet away. They were quick to get my job done which was the best thing about the whole experience. I don't mind paying more to support a local business but with poor customer service it was definitely over priced. Overall very disappointing. read more

The best printers I have ever used. Personal, caring service from the owner and staff. Also they do a lot to help out in the community. There's a reason Burdine Printing has been successful for a long time. read more

Got great help with my artwork, great communication through the whole process, they even "fit in" an additional order the day of my event and finished with plenty of time to spare. Quality of workmanship is top notch. Promotional pieces looked outstanding at my event. Have used a lot of printers over the years but Burdine has been my printer for 4 years now and I am still very happy using them for my primary printing marketing and promotional needs. Highly recommended vendor. read more

Best and friendliest service I have ever seen. They always great me with a smile, find me the best prices and quality on my business cards and banners and James is a master with the graphic arts and design. All I have to do is give him a basic concept of what I want and he takes it to a whole new level. read more

This printing business has gone waaayyyy downhill. When I first walked in the staff just sat there. Nobody even looked up for at least 3 minutes and then they just stared at me, looked at each other like who's going to help her. It was so awkward! Our order for business cards took over 3 weeks and every time I called to ask about them I was told their printing machine was down. This was the 3rd order we've placed in less than a year that their printing machine was broken. Maybe they should invest in a new one. And the girls were rude on the phone. We'll never do business with them again. read more
