Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! As a kindergarten teacher , I am always preparing materials . My Open House was this week and I needed to bind my ABC books. The art work was so bulky I needed a professional to bind them . I called and spoke with Adam at Local Copies. It looked like i might not get my books finished by "the big night ". The next afternoon , Adam called and told me they were finished!!! Adam personally conquered this meticulous and time consuming project!! In addition, I was given a teacher's discountI am so happy with the finished project. Tonight at our Open House, 18 little kindergarten students will get to share, their art-created ABC books , with their families. Thank you again Adam and Locsl Copies! read more

I had several pages to scan and fax and they did a great job and it was as pleasure doing business with them.

I needed to get documents notarized for some meaningful volunteer work. Wendy was so kind and professional--even after waiting on me being late! Some of the jargon in my document was confusing and she took the time to help me get it right. I didn't bring the proper form of payment, before I could figure out what to do next she told me not to worry about it. She actually offered me her services for free. WOW. I'm really humbled to know there's such kind people out there in this world, it made my day. read more

Today I went to get some local copies and the lady Wendy put her hands on my son I am very upset and waiting to file a police report please be careful with your children this lady hurt my son ! The owner had zero remorse saying nothing happened yet he did not see and lied about not having cameras , be careful taking your kids with you this lady could hurt them there is no reason or excuse to put your hands on a child !-- the owner saying these allegations are false clearly in the wrong I filed a police report and am filing a lawsuit , he did not even see and said I was over reacting for his employee pulling my son and putting her hand on him wow shame on you as an owner and what a horrible person Wendy is ! read more

They will charge you over $1.00 for one regular black and white paper if you email them when you're actually IN the store. If you email them ahead of time it's just a few cents. If I knew this ahead of time, I could make the decision if I'm okay paying that amount, but it was not clearly stated on their website or on a sign in store. Also their website needs to be clearer that emailing them your documents is better than using wetransfer. That way you can save yourself the hassle of emailing them in store and getting hit with the surprise cost of over $1 read more

I have worked with Local Copies for about a decade now on countless projects, both personal and professional... every kind of invitation and save-the-date imaginable, programs, posters, large format work, restorations, stickers, mailings, you name it... and I have never ever been disappointed! As a graphic designer I rely on them to help me ensure my customers' satisfaction. They are consistently professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to help me meet deadlines and get the job done right. If I am stuck on a project they offer insightful solutions and make it happen! The price is always fair as well. To get this type of product, with this level of service at a fair price is unheard of... unless you're talking about Local Copies. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them. To boot - they give back to multiple charities in our community - just a solid company all around. If you have a project, no matter how sensitive or large it is - you can really trust them to get it done right, and I highly suggest you do! read more

Very rude! The lady that "helped me" was very sarcastic and condensing when answering the questions I had. I wanted to support a local business but after what I had to deal with this morning with the worker, I ended up going to Office Depot and had a way better experience. read more

I needed business cards designed and printed on a rush and they did it in 24hrs! Their employee Kyle even worked on my cards after hours and got me the proof a couple hours after I placed the order so that my cards would be ready the next day. He went the extra mile and that's the meaning of customer service. On a side note, I read the 1 star review by the lady who was mad because an employee wouldn't give her the contact information, and I would have done the same thing Sandy the employee did. I don't give out my business email if I even slightly suspect its a telemarketer or salesperson. I get enough spam as it is. When I called and asked for the email address, so I could send in my file, the employee was very courteous, helpful and pleasant. read more

During the pandemic we wanted to praise our kids with yard signs and so we contacted local copies for these. With multiple orders already processing for others they were hesitant they could have them ready in a timely manner. They took our order regardless and delivered fantastic work in a matter of days which we were not expecting. Quality of prints are exceptional, color schemes and photos were great. I recommend this business and Thank you for the prompt service. read more

Since I don't have a printer in my home anymore and have taken up photography, Local Copies has been a great resource for me. I love supporting a local small business and the staff is great! I've had them do more complicated projects, like priting an image onto watercolor paper, and the simplest of things, such as printing out a mailing label. Every time, they price has been fair and their work has been great. I'll keep coming back! read more

Just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to James at Local Copies. I am a sports photographer in AG and someone brought in one of the photos to Local Copies that I shared on facebook. That person wanted some editing done. James sought me out and asked if this person had permission to use this photo. I had no clue who this person was, nor had she purchased anything from me. James went out of his way to contact me and asked. I think that speaks highly for Local Copies and their copyright standards. James - THANK YOU!!!! Side note: I contacted the person trying to use my photo. I was going to help her with the project before sent me this. "I'm sure you know that your picture has been shared on the internet and copy's can be made". I am not sure now!!! read more

Ever since my first experience the team here at local copies have been outstanding. I take it my first experience happen to be because I came in on the employees bad day. Best place in town if you need something done with quality and speed. They're staff is friendly, helpful and was able to help me with my project needs. They seemed reasonably priced and offered to give me many options so I could make my own decisions based on materials they had in stock. They even had some I had never seen before which was great! They were very busy when I arrived but they were quick to acknowledge me when I walked into the store. Would definitely return and will refer to others in need of a printing and digital designer. Best part is they are LOCALLY OWNED! read more

I highly recommend using Local Copies. James, Mary Kay, and the staff at Local Copies are exceptional! I have used them since 2003 for my work and personal copy needs. They treat you like family, are always helpful, friendly and accommodate all my last minute rush jobs. They also have the best prices and will give you quotes and show you the price breaks on large print jobs. Thank you Local Copies!! read more

They are quick with their services but the few times I have been in their they are out of stock or don't carry what I'm looking for.

This is a FUN store. I LOVE to print things out and it just costs too much to buy printer ink for the amount of printing I do at home. I just bring my thumb drive and print it at the store and the quality is good and it is cost effective compared to trying to print things at home. Employees are very patient and helpful in my opinion. read more

I have always received excellent customer service from the staff at Local Copies Etc. I have called them at the last minute on many occasions, and it is amazing how quickly they can get things done. The only time I had a issue with a print job...I talked with them about it, and they made it right without any hassle. Very professional. I totally recommend them. read more

Local Copies has given my charity good service over the years for a variety of printing jobs. However, they really let us down this Saturday. Three hours before we needed to print a program for a charity event, the young man behind the counter said that they couldn't do it! He was not willing to work with us, and he acted like he didn't care. He definitely had a "can't do" attitude. I went to FedEx Office, and they completed the job in less than an hour. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm recommending that my charity NOT use Local Copies for the 5 - 10 print jobs we have every year! read more

Best printing services in town! They are my go to for all the printing needs I have for my business. As a long time customer service manager I was appalled by the person who answered the phone at Local Copies Etc. My company is in the same industry and sales to many business customer across the U.S. The person answering the phone I believe was named Sandy. As I explained why I was calling, just looking for a contact name and e-mail address, she rudely explain she was not interested and would not give me any information over the phone or for that matter her time. She then with a very rude manner hung up on me. So much for customer service. I would stay away from this company read more

I was very disappointed with this business. I when there for a life scan checking the website and was told that there website was not updated and had to make an appointment. So I made a appointment for the next day. The website stated a life scan was 25 dollars. I did my life scan and was charged 74 dollars because I need a FBI and DOJ screening. I knew that I need FBI and DOJ screening, but please let the customer know what they are getting into first. I felt like I went to a crooked mechanic for an oil change and was charged for a cracked blocked in my engine. I'm giving it 2 stars because the people who work their was very nice. I will not be going there again. read more
