Today I went to get some local copies and the lady Wendy put her hands on my son I am very upset and waiting to file a police report please be careful with your children this lady hurt my son ! The owner had zero remorse saying nothing happened yet he did not see and lied about not having cameras , be careful taking your kids with you this lady could hurt them there is no reason or excuse to put your hands on a child !-- the owner saying these allegations are false clearly in the wrong I filed a police report and am filing a lawsuit , he did not even see and said I was over reacting for his employee pulling my son and putting her hand on him wow shame on you as an owner and what a horrible person Wendy is ! read more

They will charge you over $1.00 for one regular black and white paper if you email them when you're actually IN the store. If you email them ahead of time it's just a few cents. If I knew this ahead of time, I could make the decision if I'm okay paying that amount, but it was not clearly stated on their website or on a sign in store. Also their website needs to be clearer that emailing them your documents is better than using wetransfer. That way you can save yourself the hassle of emailing them in store and getting hit with the surprise cost of over $1 read more

I needed business cards designed and printed on a rush and they did it in 24hrs! Their employee Kyle even worked on my cards after hours and got me the proof a couple hours after I placed the order so that my cards would be ready the next day. He went the extra mile and that's the meaning of customer service. On a side note, I read the 1 star review by the lady who was mad because an employee wouldn't give her the contact information, and I would have done the same thing Sandy the employee did. I don't give out my business email if I even slightly suspect its a telemarketer or salesperson. I get enough spam as it is. This is a FUN store. I LOVE to print things out and it just costs too much to buy printer ink for the amount of printing I do at home. I just bring my thumb drive and print it at the store and the quality is good and it is cost effective compared to trying to print things at home. Local Copies has given my charity good service over the years for a variety of printing jobs. However, they really let us down this Saturday. Three hours before we needed to print a program for a charity event, the young man behind the counter said that they couldn't do it! He was not willing to work with us, and he acted like he didn't care. He definitely had a "can't do" attitude. I went to FedEx Office, and they completed the job in less than an hour. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm recommending that my charity NOT use Local Copies for the 5 - 10 print jobs we have every year! read more

I was very disappointed with this business. I when there for a life scan checking the website and was told that there website was not updated and had to make an appointment. So I made a appointment for the next day. The website stated a life scan was 25 dollars. I did my life scan and was charged 74 dollars because I need a FBI and DOJ screening. I knew that I need FBI and DOJ screening, but please let the customer know what they are getting into first. I felt like I went to a crooked mechanic for an oil change and was charged for a cracked blocked in my engine. I'm giving it 2 stars because the people who work their was very nice. My company is in the same industry and sales to many business customer across the U.S. The person answering the phone I believe was named Sandy. As I explained why I was calling, just looking for a contact name and e-mail address, she rudely explain she was not interested and would not give me any information over the phone or for that matter her time.
