Unfortunately, this is the only store in my area so I have had to use it several times. The female owner and the associates are very friendly work quickly and provide great customer service. I have dealt with the male owner now twice unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he very clearly stated he was the owner so I'm sure he knows of this interaction. Both times I can specifically tell you that this man is rude and gets loud when all you are doing is bringing up either a question or directly what the email instructions say. I just left the store and he raised his voice at me because I told him that the email states if you are not the addressee , you must provide the tracking number and he argued with me about the law and not being able to release packages to the individual named. Which I understood but I was TRYING to tell him the confusion the email creates but that man just likes to argue. On top of that he is just plain rude. Need to remind myself to not give that kind of person business. And for reference the initial interaction I had with him was a few years ago, and I told him that my email specifically stated that a paper needed to be in the package (so I printed two packaging slips) and at that time again he raised his voice and said no it doesn't and threw it away in front of me. He obviously believes as the owner he can yell and treat people however he likes. And I know you're going for read this, I was just trying to tell you what the email instructions say, there's no need for you to be the way you are. Obviously you have control and anger issues. I never raised my voice at you and it's obvious you've done this to others. I hate to say this but I guess I'll have to find another store to use, even though I have used this store so many times. I will advise my family and friends to do the same . Two stars for the female owner and other employees, especially the ones who greet me every time I've walked in. If you don't believe me go to google!! read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

On this observed New Year's Day Monday 02 Jan, I was lucky to find this store open... as the two closest to me were not. Yes, I did drive a few miles further, but I was able to take care of my business and that's what is important. The line was long, almost out the door... but let me tell you, these guys and gals were rocking in the front and in the back... so much so that I had to write a 5 star review. Jasiel was my cashier according to receipt at 2:42pm. I had to faxes plus an Amazon return. He had two positions open, and another guy had to positions opened and they just went back and forth to each customer rolling them out quickly. Thanks Jasiel at UPS! Happy New Year! read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I went in to return Amazon merchandise. I used the new self service counter. I had several items that were scanned individually. I didn't want to hold up the line. I managed to do this alone. I got stuck a couple of times and needed help. The young men that were there seemed a little bothered. The store was not busy. I put the labels on the bags that were unopened. One of the men told me I wasn't supposed to have put them on the bags. He said you were supposed to used the clear bags (that were under the counter out of sight). I told him I didn't know that. The service has gone down since they opened. I use them to support local businesses. Instead of these employees being bothered by me patronizing their store...keeping them employed ...they need to work on having a better attitude and providing better customer service. read more

Today I had the pleasure of working with Darien. I normally only come into the store to send packages that have merchandise returns. Today I needed to send some legal documents. Darien was quick to ask if I needed assistance. He mentioned to me the options for packaging and pricing. I was able to make a decision based on his thorough information. Darien was very kind and helpful. read more

A great environment and staff. So very helpful with anything that you may need to accomplish!!

I just want to give this store a huge shout out, because, Jasiel gave the BEST customer service! It was peek time at 5:45 PM. Usually right before we get off for the day, we are pretty worn out. But both of the young people there were upbeat, and very polite. Jasiel went above and beyond with customer service and that is why I love coming to this UPS! - From Ms. Dozier read more

Tonight I had the true pleasure of working with Ebony at this UPS location, what a great person and the staff she was working with. I witnessed customer service at it's finest, these guys were multi tasking and did it with a smile. Thanks for providing the customer service that a lot of companies don't provide anymore. read more

We moved to Converse two years ago and have used this UPS location about 20 times. Every single time the professionalism of the staff amazes me. They have a well-oiled machine here, with the numbering system and staffing levels always on par. Since my daughter moved out of town 7 years ago, I have shipped MANY packages from various UPS and FedEx locations across the city, and even a few in Corpus. This one is by far the best! read more

WORST UPS Store I am a full time RVer traveling across the USA and I called the store ahead about a week ago to check if I could have an amazon package delivered to the store. After their OK, and shipping it, I got confirmation that it had been delivered. My plans to get to San Antonio changed at the last minute and Ive been trying to get a hold of the store to have them ship it to my current address. Well Ive been trying all day long and their automated answering service keeps telling me that the voicemail is not available. When I was trying to get a hold of a clerk, he put me on hold and then got disconnected. Not only once but twice after having to give the same narrative to the same clerk. Now I am back at having to deal with their automated answering to see if I can get through again. read more

Came here to pick up a box that we diverted since we were having trouble being home to receive it. They currently have social distancing stations for people to stand on while waiting in line and apparently a max number of people they allow in the room. The staff are all wearing surgical masks. Staff were very friendly and since the box was listed under my husband's name, required his verbal okay over the phone for them to release it to me. Since I had my son with me, they also helped to carry it to my car. I thought they were very helpful. The wait time wasn't too long either. read more

Gotta say that this was the most friendly UPS store I've ever been to, NOT! I got greeted by this rude employee by pointing to the register. No hello or welcome or how can I help you, just a finger. Then a sigh when he saw I had more than one Amazon return. I feel sorry for the people that live on this side of town! read more

The management here lacks some serious customer service skills. I've interacted with many of the employees and they are great but the older gentleman that appears to be the manager could use some training on how to communicate. Not just with customers but his staff. If he spoke to me the way he spoke to his staff we would have some problems. I've had many packages here not make it to my destination or not make it in one piece. I entered the store at 6:31 not realizing it closed at 6:30 and the manager shoo-ed me away with his hands like I was a bug. I'd rather drive to the nearest fedex than to come back here again. I feel really bad for the young people that have to work under him. read more

service at this store was awesome. My experience was exceptional. i appreciate Jasiel was patient and very helpful. Many thanks!!!

We had passport photos taken at this location for our passport renewal application and our application was held up because the photos taken at this UPS location did not meet the standards. Mike made my night! After a long day at work, I popped in close to closing time to ship my little sister her new laptop. The staff was friendly and very helpful as always. However, I made a mistake in my sleepy state and forgot to include my sister's apartment number. By the time I realized my mistake her package was already loaded up and on its way. I thought all hope was lost but then Mike came in for the win and called the truck back and looked through it himself for her package. He corrected the address and now I can rest easy knowing my sister is going to get her new laptop on time to start school. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me tonight. PS. My husband and I have shipped through this store multiple times during the holidays, and at the end of the school year (graduation time) and they are always very professional, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend this location. read more

I dont recommend using this UPS store. I had a package shipped out 19 May and never made it to the receiver. I looked up the tracking number online and the status stated the package was lost, five days prior. Also the tracking information said they would contact me but I never received a phone call or email and this was five days after the package was discovered "lost". I went to the store I used to ship and they told me the package was "damage" and needed 7 to 10 business days to investigate. I told them online it said it was "lost" and not "damaged". The customer service at the front counter was not empathetic for my situation at all. The manage Savannah said she would contact me at the 7 to 10 day mark. 16 days later I go back to the store at 230pm and the manager wasnt there and was told the manager Savannah would call me the next day, she never did. I went to the store around 5pm. Savannah told me through investigation it was my fought the package was damage because the mason jars wasnt screw on tight, which caused for the liquid to deploy from the jar. However, I have sent many packages prior to and after with a different carrier and the jars are screwed on tight and bubble wrap, which was the same way I did with UPS. Also my product is a "solid"and not a "liquid". I had fragile stickers all over the box. I asked for pictures of my damaged to the package and she said the box was discarded. She then told me she was not going to argue and gave me 1 800 742 5877 to call to dispute. I started a small business and had to resend my products to my customer using USPS and had no issues using the same methods. I would like for this matter to be resolved by being reimbursed for my product and the shipping cost. However, I thought UPS would handle my packed with care however that doesn't look like that is possible. read more

I brought in invitation and programs for my wedding and the program didn't transfer the margins over. I should have read the reviews first before I went to this UPS Store to mail a card to my daughter which never made it to the location. Wasn't informed that my package will be going by the US Post Office which I found out after the fact when I acquired about my package never made it to his destination. If I had wanted to ship by the US Post Office I would have never went to the UPS Store you would have thought the clerk would have informed the customer which route the package is going never happen. They made $10 for doing nothing. read more

To the UPS deliverers, when someone labels their package as FRAGILE they're obviously telling you to handle it with care. Literally every time I label a fragile item the recipient receives it broken. Be respectful of other peoples property and handle it just as YOU would expect YOUR packages to be handled with care. I'm sure you wouldn't want your loved ones receiving broken gifts read more

I adored the store so much!! I was trying to get some invitations done for my son's birthday party. The company I initially dealt with fell through at the absolute last minute, giving me only the weekend to get the them done so they can go out on Monday. I told Ebony my situation, and, really, I thought it was a lost cause. But nope! Ebony not only met my expectations, she absolutely exceeded them!! Not only was she able to get it done in a day, but she made them so good. Don't be like me, though! Don't let this store be a second option. Go with them as soon as you know you're going to have an event and let them get you right!!! read more

Thankfully I had a MUCH better experience than Erin H. I got here around noon & was afraid that I would run into the lunch crowd who were also trying to run errands like me. But there were only 2 other customers ahead of me. I was greeted by a friendly smiling clerk. (There were 3 clerks in all.). My clerk took my package, rang me up, slapped some labels on, & handed me my receipt. I was in & out in 5 mins! Still plenty of time for lunch before heading back to work :) read more

I use them to print out docs for kids school projects, etc. I was driving all the way to Office Max for small print jobs, I don't know why I never thought to check with them first. They have been so friendly no matter how small the job is. I appreciate their friendliness & letting me use their stapler or tape..lol. Plus it never takes more than 5min getting in & out. Anyhow, I just wanted to give them a current review. read more

I showed up 15 minutes after they opened. There was ONE woman working and 11 people in line. She literally could not locate any packages for the first 3 people. I don't know if this was user error or the fact that the first few people didn't have a tracking number. Needless to say, she didn't ask them to step aside until they found a tracking number, instead she invested 10 minutes trying to search for each person's package. To make matters worse, the security guard was on a serious power trip. He was so worried about the door being open (because the line was literally out the door) that he was being rude to all the already annoyed customers. Awful experience. Get your stuff together UPS!!!! Looks like I'll be converting all of my future orders to FedEx. read more

Very professional and friendly staff. I'm too lazy to set up my printer so I go there fairly often to print, scan or do what ever I need to do instead of setting up my printer at home because these new printers are very irritating and not as simple as the old ones that just had a few buttons and ink lasted a last time. This UPS store is also very helpful with any projects I have. read more

Ran in on my lunch break to drop off a couple of big boxes. This young kind gentlemen came out to my vehicle to bring in my boxes for me. Everyone was very friendly, kind, patient and professional. I had a Company Return Shipping Label to return a package. When I went to UPS to drop off the package UPS charged me a Dollar to tape the top of the box which was about 1-1/2 feet of tape. I told the ups associate to charge it to the company account and she said that she could not charge it to the account I had to pay separately. So much for using UPS anymore, FEDEX does not charge a Dollar for about 1-1/2 feet of tape. read more

The staff here is extremely slow with no sense of urgency. I have visited this location multiple times as it is the only one in the area and each time the same experience. Other UPS stores are quick and efficient it appears the staff is not trained on how to use the UPS programs. Each visit is is over 20 minutes even for a quick Amazon drop off. The worst thing is there is no acknowledgment of the wait time . read more

Employees are always kind and helpful! The notary service is quick and simple. I've always had great encounters every time I visit! :)

Disappointed on how long it took them to help me. This one very thin girl looked like she didn't know what she was doing and just delayed the process in helping me and then abandoned me when someone else tried to help me to go do busy work. It took a good 40 minutes for me to finally be done. Slowest service I have ever experienced thank god for the manager and other girl for helping me out at the end. read more
