I returned AT&T equipment at this UPS Store location and later was informed by AT&T that they never received the equipment. When I contacted the store for assistance, I specifically requested a duplicate receipt, and staff refused, stating they were unable to provide one. I was also told they could not verify that I dropped the equipment off, and that they have no records to confirm the transaction beyond the single receipt originally given at the counter. Being denied a duplicate receipt and told there is no internal tracking or proof of drop‑off is extremely concerning. With today's technology, a business handling customer returns should have some form of record or verification system. Going here is worse than going to the DMV, it's worse than any government run bureau. No exaggeration, it's a horrible, poorly run store. -Understaffed -Incompetent management has no clue how to prioritize in order of importance. -Wait, wait, more wait. I had an Amazon return, stood there and watched the older lady (the manager) take her damn sweet time processing a package THEN as I got to the counter she decides to go out back and rearrange boxes- while she has a line going. That was like 5 minutes- THEN she comes back up front, 5 people waiting as I stood literally belly up at the counter, box in-hand she has the balls to scream "can I help the next person"- At that point I had to tell her I was literally standing right there. Absolutely clueless. Blind? What is wrong with these people? I don't know. How do you run a business when you can't even figure out why you're there in the 1st place? Customers up front, there's lines forming, you go out back and fool around. You take care of the customers at counter 1st-ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE A LINE GOING, THEN when things slow down you go out back and fix boxes. AVOID. We needed a form notarized, so we called a UPS store near our home to ensure there was a notary there. They said they did not have one at the store at that time, but the store on 83rd did have a notary and one of them was leaving at 4 PM but the other notary would be there after 4 PM. We went to the store at 4:45 PM. The lady behind the counter said she did not notarize after 4 PM because she had "other responsibilities." Then she called the first UPS store we talked to to see what we were told. She was on the phone longer than it takes to notarize a form! Then she told us that we were told that the notary public was only available until 4 PM. ?? I did not see any signage that stated the hours of the notary, but I did see a sign that stated the service was offered. Maybe I missed it. The next morning we went back and she notarized the form. Ugh. . .this store is more focused on rules than customer service. read more

This store is TERRIBLE, they are incredibly slow and unresponsive, something is always down (internet, machine, copier etc...) and when you do get service they nickle and dime you. Went in to have a package returned to Amazon, I hadn't printed the shipping label beforehand so the cashier told me she can print it for me, so I emailed it to her and she processed my package.........for a FEE of $2.50 for printing a SINGLE page for THEIR label. Don't even bother coming to this location, there's another one on 107th Ave & Indian School that's much more convenient or head over to the local library for internet/printing needs. read more

I was told they don't keep legal sized UPS envelopes by Michala- apparently I'm the first one EVER to ask for them. Bull!!!! Please keep the store stocked and have employees who care. As shocked as I was I paid and left! As I walked out the store her friend decided he wanted to confront me and was threatening me and wanted to fight! As I was getting into my car he kept up and said he is defending her! From what I have no idea! They are the worst in customer experience! I have never been so upset in my life! I myself and my employee left we looked at each other in disbelief! I can not understand how she has a job! I did file a complaint with corporate about the situation! The worst!! They over price for packaging that's not even 50lbs. They didn't even weight my items she was automatically charging me $91 just because it was going to a different state. I recommend everyone go to The Mail Shoppe, they actually give you the right price and great customer service!! I ended up paying $34 so basically she was charging me $57 extra. read more

The staff are friendly, helpful, patient..AND PROFESSIONAL. Always a pleasant greeting when entering the store. I have been a box holder and customer for many years at this location. The staff always gets my mail for me and has a friendly hello and how are you upon entering the store... UPS tracking showed my package delivered and accepted by an employee. I went in at 6:53 and showed my ID, the "new girl" stated "there is nothing in our system. Your package is not here". I asked her if she could call a manager or someone in hopes the box was accidentally misplaced. She flipped the screen to show me and said "the system says it's not here" and I asked her again if she could call a manager bc ups shows it was delivered. She said "no" and I asked "you have no way of getting in touch with your manager?" She said replied "no. If I did, she would say the same thing. I can give you the number to the ups store customer service and see what they say". I called the number which was ups and not the stores customer service. After getting a live person I was told "it shows it's delivered and they have a contract with our shipper if it's missing "I" the purchaser needed to call the sender and report ASAP so they can launch an investigation. I hung up and as I hung up the "new girl" was on the phone with her manager. Deena gets on speaker and was polite and explained that if the system doesn't show it's not there and they have a complaint into ups due to drivers not delivering all packages and showing delivered when they're not. It's something has been happening lately and she wasn't happy about and apologized. Thank you for giving me some clarity and not just "it's not in our system, it's not sure and I don't know what to tell you". I left my info and bit my tongue until the girl said "I told her that to the manager as I was writing my info". I gave some customer service advice.... - don't give off the vibe of you don't care - if you paid $200 for something and ups shows delivered only get an a lousy service with "I don't know what to tell you" - look at people when they are talking to you - if you don't know the answer say "I'm not sure but I'll find out". We have all been new at some point - don't tell someone as they're leaving behind their back "I did tell you..." You gave me a crappy, what do you want me to do, I don't know, no I can't call a manager attitude. I want to go home too, all I wanted was my box and a decent explanation like I got from the Manager on something that was out of the ordinary situation. You, "new girl" can only use that response for so long. If you don't know, ask. You're very lucky I wasn't a ghetto person. I have teenagers and provided you empathy knowing everyone has a learning curve and didn't provide harsher feedback. My intention is not to belittle you and your condescending persona was just that to me. I had read reviews on this location and the customer service but decided to give the employees the benefit of the doubt and still went to this location to ship out two packages. To begin with this location does tend to be busy so be aware there will be a long wait and there is only 1-2 employees up front. When I went in today the lady who was up front was very rude to other customers and I could see where the reviews were coming from. As it was finally my turn I told the lady I was wanting to ship out two packages boxes internationally to the UK. She stared at me for a few seconds and said I'm sorry I don't know what you're saying where? I said the UK and again blank stare so I said to the United Kingdom. She then looked at me like I said something wrong and then said that I should go somewhere else because she didn't get training for international training for that place and she can't help me. (keep in mind there was other employees in the back) I left annoyed because I had waited in line for over 30 minutes holding these packages! I went home and called another UPS location in Avondale and the employee on the line was very helpful and respectful. I just have to say that the store is the worst store I've ever been to the lady's name there her name is Victoria she is the manager I was never advised that there was a fee to print a label to ship documents I have always gone to all UPS stores as a ship frequently and I've never been charged a fee for printing a label not even FedEx charges to print a label. When people ship boxes obviously the cashier has to print a label so they can ship the document and I don't see that these people are being charged to print that label. So I had my own label I emailed it to them they printed it out actually they printed out three copies and they were charging me almost 3 dollars to print three labels which if I would've been told from the beginning that there's a fee to print a label I would've decided whether I wanted to ship the document or not she never told that there was a fee and she went ahead and printed three copies and wanted to charge me for all three. I did advise her that there's no way that I'm paying for that label it should already be included in the cost of the shipping I saw another man getting charge for tape and the lady just made up a number to charge the customer. This is not ethical and I think that lady either needs to be re-trained because I've never had to pay any of those fees ever before and any other UPS store. When I told her that I was refusing to pay that amount and then I wasn't gonna pay for it she opened my envelope took out my documents and handed them to me and said that she wasn't going to ship my documents. First off these documents have sensitive information on them she has no right to open that envelope and take the information out of it. I think if this person has not been trained correctly they need more training but honestly I think this lady should not work here because not only does she not have the proper training but she is totally rude to everyone. Instead of showing some customer service skills she threw away the labels which no one else is going to pay for and in addition she wasted a UPS Envelope as she took my items out of it! She could have simply said I'm sorry I won't charge you this time but I'm the future just know there's a fee! If I could give zero stars I would!! read more

After having deliveries stolen from my front door, I decided to use our local UPS store for my deliveries. My last visit was Wednesday. Mikayla was working the counter. She was cordial and professional. Mikayla has assisted me in the past. Her demeanor has always been consistent. I know that this location gets busy during certain time periods of the day.
