This store phone goes directly to recorded message stating that "they're busy"; yet when I called "customer service" which is a guy in a closet literally in Indi (felt bad for him; he wanted to help me simply correct my address as someone in Palm Coast store entered a random word "BATH which caused custom delay! A Palm Coast employee is required to make any changes during delivery process. IMPOSSIBLE FEAT! Now, if they did "bare minimum" and answered their phone; maybe my "medically necessary CD from USA to korea for $250- would have arrived on time; it was already slated for 5-day delivery as "expedited" & it was delayed 2 days; UNACCEPTABLE! Normally, the staff are great. They have always been courteous and professional. Unfortunately, today was a different story. I walked in and stood in line like every other time I have patronized the store, but unfortunately, I was made uncomfortable by a staff member. A staff member approached and asked to see my package as I stood in line. I stated that I needed to print the label. The staff member walked toward the counter where Staff Member "Tania" was already assisting a customer to grab a plastic card with an email printed on it. The staff member did not specify what to do once the label was emailed; she simply walked away to assist another customer. As I stood at the counter, I felt too close to the customer being helped by Tania. I was uncomfortable, as I felt that the customer and Tania needed privacy. Trying to be polite to the customer and the issue of privacy, I said that I would rather get back in line because the email idea was strange. Again, I just felt that I was invading Tania's and the customer's space. Tania looked up to the client who giggled after I spoke. Tania then proceeded to say, "I laugh at people all day." If Tania finds it entertaining to laugh at customers all day, she should seek a different career choice. How disrespectful and downright rude to say something like that in front of customers and me. I was in the store twice on Dec 19, 2023 to ship packages and was helped by Kyle both times. I ended up leaving my dolly at the store. As you can imagine at 4:30 less than a week before Christmas there were long lines both times I was there. Kyle remembered me and knew it was mine. Most recently, Donna, the store manager voluntarily offered to customize some fairly plain birthday invitations I had sent to be printed for my mom's 80th birthday. Easily the most unprofessional shipping store I have "attempted" to use in over 20 years. Went in with a major corporate account to ship several large over night packages. Was told they could not help me. I have been to 3 other UPS stores within a 30 mile radius and never had an issue. Do not waste your time at this sub standard facility. On November 14, 2023, I went into the UPS Store at 250 Palm Coast Pkwy NE Suite 607, Palm Coast, FL 32137 to overnight some very important documents. The UPS representative gave me the overnight envelope and I placed the documents in it. She put information in the computer and asked me to check to see if it was correct and it was at this time. She told me that it would be $50.95 and it would arrive by 10:30 am on November 15th. I tracked the package the next morning and the tracking information said it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday the 16th by 10:30 am. I immediately called the UPS Store and spoke with Donna, who is the manager and informed her of the discrepancy and asked how could the date of delivery change. She did not have a clue and said she had to call someone and would get back to me. I waited for an hour before she called back and stated that she still has not heard anything and she would give me a call back. I waited until after 2pm and called back. I spoke with a female employee and told her what was going on and asked for the corporate number. I spoke with four different representatives before getting a manager that informed me that the documents I brought into the UPS Store was not received until after 5pm. I then informed them that that was not the case as my receipt has the time stamp of 1:12pm on November 14, 2023. I also stated that I expected a refund, to which she told me, I had to wait until after the package was delivered and call back to the UPS Store the package was delivered from on Thursday after 10am but before 10:30am. So, I called back to the UPS Store and spoke with Donna and informed her of what I was told by the UPS supervisor and she said I put in for your refund. I said well she said it had be done after the package was delivered she then proceeded to tell me in a very aggressive and angry manner that she had did what she needed to do so I asked when I would be receiving my refund and I was told by Donna, 7-10 business days. I then stated that you have my money and didn't give me the service I had paid for. She told me that I still had to wait. The rude and disrespectful part was when she told me you'll get your money when they send it. I then asked who was the owner of this location and she said I did not need to know that information. I understand she may have 30 years in the business but when you reach a level of being rude and disrespectful to a paying customer, maybe it's time to do something else or retire. read more

Staff is nice enough BUT they do not carry the free ground delivery envelopes for anyone needing to ship something with a prepaid label .. to charge 1.35 for the smallest envelope because they don't have the correct stock is ridiculous and although it won't break the bank it's the principle of the matter. There are other UPS centers in Palm Coast in competition so it would be great if they listen.. business is driving out of the parking lot now read more

Dropped off a package for delivery. Couldn't get it sent Certified-receipt requested, but the owner said email tracking was just as good and better than USPS. I received an alert three days later that my package had been delivered. 4 hours later, I received a phone call from a hotel 2 blocks from the intended delivery that they had my package. I called UPS and some lady from India apologized and said someone would pickup package and get it delivered to the correct address. This morning another lady called and said someone would pick it up today and try to deliver today. What a farce. No one apologized, nor offered a refund for such bad service. They blamed it on a temporary driver they hired. Better stick with the original USPS if you want guaranteed delivery! read more

This location's manager and staff where a sloppy mess and that's an understatement !Unable to send a 7 page fax correctly I was embarrassed to find out shortly after leaving the store that not all pages were sent. I worked very hard to prepare a professional set of documents to a very professional business. I was told "to bad"! "How do we know your not lying " is what I was told. The manager only was able to manage herself into a size 14 if that. And copped such an attitude that her hair turned pink. Over priced faxing service with terrible results. Really unhappy with how deceiving and unprofessional the management of this store is. I went in to purchase a PO Box and they started off by forcing me to get a medium sized box for more money just because I was a business even though I didn't need that size. It then took them forever to process my request because they hardly had any boxes left. They then charged me a whopping $289 for a year. A few days later, I found out I didn't need the box and went in to return it so someone else who needed it could have it. The management was extremely rude telling me there was no refunds because that was the corporate policy. I explained to the manager it had only been a few days and you could give the box to someone who really needed it instead of sticking me with a product I didn't need for a year. The manager once again told me it was corporate policy and there was nothing she could do and that I would have to contact corporate about it. I asked for the number and she didn't give it to me, telling me to look it up myself. I went home and immediately called the corporate office. They told me that the store owner could give me a refund if they wanted and that it was not UPS policy but the policy of the owner. At this point I am pretty pissed at having the manager blatantly lie to my face about this several times. Corporate told me they would put in a help ticket for the store owner to call me. The owner never did call me back and so I called the corporate office once again after 4 days. They apologized to me and this time sent an email to the area supervisor and the owner, and I waited a week and they never did call me back. Bottom line is these guys are jerks. They could of easily done the right thing and given me a refund and sold the box to someone who actually needed it, as they had hardly any left available. Instead they decided to lie, give horrible customer service and treat their customers poorly. I just had an encounter with the rudest store manager in my entire 69-year life-time, named Donna! I was quoted a price to ship a LE Print to someone who purchased it from me on 05/28/20 in the exact same packaging the I had received it from UPS several years back. I was told that I could not use the UPS account number of the person buying the artwork from me because it was not in their 'The UPS Store' data bank. I was also told by Donna that they would not ship it as is, that they would have to box it before they could ship it. She measured and weighed the package and told me that boxing it alone would cost me $23 and some change (forgot the exact amount). I then asked her how much it would be to box and ship the package with $500 insurance to partially cover the value of the print. Donna gave me a slip of paper (which I have) where she wrote a total price of $66.18 for both, so I understood. I left so I could contact the buyer and get the OK from them for the shipping charges which were higher than I expected. After getting the go-ahead, I returned to ship the item the next day 05/29/20. I was called up to the desk by a very nice young man who proceeded with the transaction. He measured that the boxing was not the package and seemed befuddles. Apparently the re-boxing size Donna wrote down was too small for the package. He went to the back of the shop where Donna apparently was to speak to her about it. He returned and told me two different prices based on the actual size of my package ...one was in the neighborhood of $130 and the other $100 more than that. I was flabergasted at such a high price over what I had been quoted. After the young man went in the back a couple more times ..finally Donna came out. She immediately started contradicting what I had been told by her ...totally ignoring the fact that she had errored in the re-boxing size needed, by several inches. Shed claimed the price she wrote down did not include the boxing price? Why would she write down a charge without that price included when she made it clear she could not ship the package as-is. She got more belligerent and continued to deny what I believed she said ..essentially calling me a liar. Out of the blue she says to me "I can check the video...it on video", I was a little taken back that she would take this to that level but I said fine ...check the video. After about 5 minutes ...another employee asked me to go to the back where Donna had found the video of the encounter the day before. I could hear her voice well but my voice was lighter and hard to hear but to me, it was apparent that my version was what had indeed happened. At the end of the video clip, she again insisted that I hadn't asked her for the full price when I know I did. I wanted to be able to let the buyer of the print know the exact shipping charges I had to spend since I wasn't going to be able to use her UPS account number. With her attitude still at large, I said (in a calm voice) that I was not going to be shipping it with them ...which she quickly responded with "Good, I don't want your business. I don't have to do business with rude people like you." She then ORDERED me complete with an arm & finger extended out of her store" I asked for her full name several times since I was planning on reporting her to the corporation. She continued ordering me out of her store aggressively approaching me with her 'mask' pulled down under her chin, raising her voice and making a scene. I said I would not leave the store before it stopped raining outside because I didn't want to damage the print I was selling inside it's the packaging. She got even more belligerent and called 911 on me telling the emergency operator that I wouldn't leave the store. I never used any profanity ...barely raised my voice in response. It's amazing to me that this type of person is the manager of any place of business! She was totally unprofessional and rude. Insulted me on several occasions when I asked for her full name she pointed towards her nametag (which I couldn't read due to leaving my glasses in the car) and said to me "here it's Donna if you're too stupid to be able to read it" read more

So I am a small business owner. And I like to give small business the opportunity to serve me before I go to big business. This place is horrible. No personalize service no care for its customers no accountability by the management. I don't know how a small store with a half a dozen people can't get a message to the management to call the customer with a serious problem. Serious problem, in a UPS store where your PO Box is located is a serious problem. When you're not getting your mail and you have no cash flow and you find out that the management is sending back your mail because they re-numbered the store and they choose not to service the old number that's a serious problem. A generic answer like we left a slip in your box notifying you doesn't work. This problem has occurred twice in the last six months. In a small town you don't want to burn too many people.
