The sofa they dropped was a very expensive sofa. They are representing this company! When she was asked to sign, she asked the right question and in front of a witness. The company will give her $100. She was not verbally offered any form of insurance or a better form of insurance! She felt she could trust a professional local company who have stood up to their name for more than a dozen years. When I asked others about their service, they stated that since the father was no longer involved, the personal guarantees and customer service seems to have lapsed. Some were ok. Some were very positive.Consistency keeps referrals coming. It's unfortunate that the last piece was dropped. But the company should have made it right. Last job they did, they left oil on the drive. I called and they said some one would call me back. This morning at 9:00, I called about the sofa and the woman who answered the phone said the owner would call me back soon. Just as she said 2 weeks ago about the oil stains. I've been a Realtor for 32 years. Rule 1: always return your calls when promised and always within 24 hours. I'm hoping this is an issue that the owner will decide to do the right thing and will motivate their customer service to improve. If so, I will edit my review gladly.

I'll just start off with something like this…read more I had originally heard about this company through a Facebook group that recommended them and said that they did a fantastic job at wrapping their vehicles for their business so when I originally reached out to him, I told him that I had a Polaris slingshot and I wanted it to get wrapped Vegas yellow, which is by Audi. However, the original vinyl company he had recommended, thought it was good and it turns out that the quality of the actual vinyl was bad and was supposed to be delivered and done within three days. He went to Orlando to pick up 3M that he knew was gonna be good and not based off of one experience. When he picked it up, he had the Slingshot ready all set and done in two days after picking it up. I wanted to originally give him a three star review because of the situation that I went through however, because of how great of a job he did his warranty his attitude. He has 100% worth a five star.
