The store was entirely empty, yet the staff showed a complete unwillingness to assist. I witnessed three female employees at the print center actively ignoring customers. Furthermore, the cashier had an empty line, but refused to help when approached. There seems to be a toxic attitude among the current staff where customers who are less tech-savvy with the machines are treated horribly and dismissed. It is unacceptable for employees to stand around idle while customers go ignored. Management needs to seriously re-evaluate their training and personnel choices at this branch. I'll just start off with something like this…read more I had originally heard about this company through a Facebook group that recommended them and said that they did a fantastic job at wrapping their vehicles for their business so when I originally reached out to him, I told him that I had a Polaris slingshot and I wanted it to get wrapped Vegas yellow, which is by Audi. However, the original vinyl company he had recommended, thought it was good and it turns out that the quality of the actual vinyl was bad and was supposed to be delivered and done within three days. He went to Orlando to pick up 3M that he knew was gonna be good and not based off of one experience. When he picked it up, he had the Slingshot ready all set and done in two days after picking it up.
