It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

His "Don't care" attitude was appalling. Says there wasn't a tracking number but all USPS packages have tracking now, even the lowest rate. Guess if you don't pay extra for it they don't bother to give it to you. Bad business.
