The store was entirely empty, yet the staff showed a complete unwillingness to assist. I witnessed three female employees at the print center actively ignoring customers. Furthermore, the cashier had an empty line, but refused to help when approached. There seems to be a toxic attitude among the current staff where customers who are less tech-savvy with the machines are treated horribly and dismissed. It is unacceptable for employees to stand around idle while customers go ignored. Management needs to seriously re-evaluate their training and personnel choices at this branch.
