This is a great UPS store. I have been coming here for about 2 years. The customer service is great. I'm not standing around while the Employees are having a lunch discussion, yep, that happened ! Went to pick up a package only 1 person working. I wasn't even acknowledged. I walked out without my package. This store should be closed down I was there before Christmas and watched the two men who i think own the store charge an old lady over $10 for 10 stamps! This store is the worst. read more

A Store like this with ratings as low as they are on here. Sounds to me this place needs NEW Management and fire some people or they really need to change their attitude or that store might end up closing down and all of them lose their jobs. When you are running a business like this it only survives on TRUST and Customer Service Friendly Staff. But unfortunately not many people seem to understand what that truly is. The main reason I seek out a store like this to begin with is I can't trust the post office to get my mail to me before it's stolen or lost before I can pick it up. I went to the Fremont Square UPS Store today to drop off a couple packages to mail. One had a paid UPS mail sticker on it and the other had a paid USPS mail sticker on it. I'd always been able to mail both from this location with no added charge, but this time, the clerk said it'd cost me $3.00 to mail the USPS package. When I explained that I'd never been charged before, she said they'd always done it this way, which was untrue. I know each UPS Store is independently owned and operated, but it's price gouging when they charge you $3.00 for USPS packages when a mailman comes to drop off and pick up mail every day. That's an arbitrary $3.00 added out of greed. I'd think twice before going to this UPS Store because it seems they try to overcharge wherever they can. read more

I was very angry and very disappointed with the service. I wanted to do something funny for my sister for Christmas and when I went inside I asked the man at the counter if there was a fee for they boxes they had on display. He clearly said no. So I said okay and asked for about 8 boxes all different sizes. My boyfriend and I were just about to walk out and he says "You have to pay for them." So I thought it wasn't gonna be much so I said okay. After he rang us up he said " it's gonna be $85 dollars. So I was pretty mad already because he obviously wasn't paying attention when I asked him in the beginning if they were free or not. Lady who works here is very rude unprofessional and is costing the business a lot of money. I would fire her if she worked for me. I will never return to this location. I rather travel to the north side on Gonzalez they do a much better job. Multiple customers complaining she has a attitude. Doesn't know how to speak to customers. I appreciate the employees at this store for always being friendly, helpful and attentive. I have been a mailbox holder for 10+ years and have seen employees going out of their way more than ever before. As a single mother with a side business I appreciate all the help I get with getting my packages to my car. Not to mention help tracking my packages, making copies and keeping up with my office job from home. This place has really helped me stay on top of my paperwork. Keep in mind the area is rough, there are rude customers at times and it's a busy place overall. So with that being said I see the employees working their butts off even though they are slammed at times. Thanks my local ups store! read more

Horrible place, my husband and I tried shipping a package to Puerto Rico and they sent it back for the wrong address. When we checked the receipt we noticed that the address had been typed wrong by the guy at the front desk. When we returned to they refused to ship it back even though it was their mistake. We ended up going to the usps and they charged us $12 dollars, while the Ups had charged us $43. This place is a total rip off. read more

There notary services where quick, I liked that the notary was available around 6ish, most places are closed by that time.

Incompetent!! They signed for an expensive package and lost it at their store. Complete lack of professionalism and competency. I called UPS customer care and they verified package was delivered and signed for they just misplaced it. I will not be going back there again read more

I love this place. They are always so helpful and they have so many services. From live scan finger prints to making keys and sending packages. Their prices are average. They are fast and even when there is a line of customers they make it go by super quick. read more

today was the first time I ever stepped foot in this store. and it will be the last! I will never use the Ventura Road location again. I happened to be at the Rite Aid next door so I walked in thinking I could process some Amazon returns and an Overstock return. I didn't even get the guys name today but I lugged in a 22 pound box that I needed to return. I didn't seal up the box because I was in a rush. I figured, they have all the packaging supplies so as soon as I walked in without a greeting, he said oh no you need to have this taped up. And wanted to charge me $3 for them to tape up for me?! I didn't bring my wallet into the store but just the sheer principal of it rubbed me the wrong way; the lack of customer service was so unprofessional. So I lugged the package back to my car and drove to the Hueneme location on Channel Islands where they helped me without attitude and allowed me to be on my way. read more

I normally would utilize UPS services at the 1237 S. Victoria Avenue location, but I happened to be passing this one at 716 N. Ventura Road. I do not take pleasure in passing my opinions of businesses to others, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am compelled to speak out. This particular store is very dirty. There was no sanitary gel of any type available for customers. The place was stuffy as if the air conditioning wasn't running or it needed air circulation. It was obvious that the temperature was elevated because customers in line were literally sweating. Due to the 6 feet distancing, the line was out the door and the worker (likely the owner) was so slow. When I reached the front of the line, all I needed was a simple document to be faxed. He proceeded to his fax machine with my document. Then, he called the next customer who had a large package to ship, and completely forgot about me! What alarmed me was he allowed the customer to approach the counter while I was standing there waiting and violated the 6 foot distancing protocol. He proceeded to help and complete the other customer's shipping needs as I politely stepped aside. Many minutes later, and what felt like an eternity even while patiently waiting, I called the recipient who would receive my faxed document, but nothing was received! When the other customer walked away, I politely asked if my document had been sent. He said it would be soon. What further annoyed me (and others in line) was there was another employee sitting in the office at a computer who did not get up to help others. This other person was clearly an employee because the owner alerted him that he needed help, but the employee didn't even leave his desk chair! Finally, THE CHARGE TO FAX A SINGLE DOCUMENT IS WAY TOO MUCH!!!!!!! read more

Very disturbing how this store can get good reviews! Went to this store and needed to get finger pro ted and fill out some forms for my job. The woman who does wasn't there...fine. So the person at the store called her and she said she'd be there in 15 min....fine wait 30 min and still no one showed up so we left. Went back the next day after working 7p-7a and no one was there to open store till after 820 and yelp showed they open at 8am. Wow what a disappointment this store is. You need to work on customer service and learn responsibility. Will never go back again and will never refer anyone there either. I had to put a star otherwise, would not have put any. read more

went in with ups slip for my daughters computer coming from Georgetown University. the clerk wouldnt release without a tracking number. i only had the slip from ups for pick up. showed him .y license and have serveral i d inclyding usps id. wouldny release. i have no way of obtaining tracking number. left without cimputer and daughter out of the country. plys they have terrible hours read more

This location was the only place that ever charged me for taping the box... They've never has charged nothing from the other locations, why do you guy charge for this????
