I have a fingerprint appointment. The person didn't come to work, they didn't call me to tell me and when I called and got upset they did not care. I came the next day after rescheduling myself, and when I arrived the assistant manager named Kenny told me he didn't care and told me to leave, after telling my his fingerprint guy is there but couldn't do my fingerprints. I got angry told them they are terrible got his name and the manager, Dominic's name as I am writing to corporate about the harassment and neglect I faced at this UPS store. And getting loud, miraculously someone from the back was able to do my fingerprints. So needless to say this Kenny just didn't want to do his job, and tried to force me to leave. Didn't work. He should be fired and this location needs retraining altogether. All the while the other employees are scoffing and rolling their eyes. read more

This store is conveniently located but kind of hidden away in this shopping complex which is shaped like an "L" and it's located near the bend in the "L". The employees are always friendly and helpful. It always seems to be busy but I've never had to wait long. I shop a lot on Amazon and this is the perfect place to take any returns I might have (especially clothes because when you buy something online sometimes it looks totally different in person!) but it's nice to know I can always count on the UPS store :) read more

This store offers passport photo, fingerprint, & notary services in addition to their shipping/packing services. You can book any of those services online in advance to avoid waiting, which I really appreciate (the part I dread about going to these places is the unpredictable lines). Both the gentleman working this past Saturday were knowledgeable, friendly, and got us in/out quickly (we pre-scheduled online). Bonus points for close parking as well. read more

I came to the UPS store location to send some Blu-ray players that were not working. The young man behind the counter was very kind, courteous and attentive. Everyone there seemed a very pleasant. One of my Blu-ray players was in a brown box. The other was in the original box that it came in. I really appreciated the clerk behind the counter asking if I was comfortable sending it in that box. I sent it anyway. No negative experiences to write about here. I also noticed that they offer fax services, copy services, and passport photos. It's like a little mini office supply store in the neighborhood. read more

This is a basic UPS store which gets the job done BUT they have repeatedly lacked common courtesy when it comes to my shipping needs. Once I was returning an amazon item, my box was taped but I had not taped the label to the box. I asked for one of the ups clear label thingies and they charged me a dollar for it. We all know that UPS provides these for free. But their policy is to charge you a dollar to tape your label to the box. Mind you, the next closest UPS store does not charge to tape the label to the box. Disgraceful. Today, I was making more amazon returns and the box I used had text on the outside that they said couldn't be used. I asked if I could tape over the old stuff and they said yes--you can buy a roll of tape and do that. Nah, I'll just go home. Keep in mind, I am a mailbox holder so it's not like I don't spend time and money here. But I feel unappreciated as a customer. Do better! read more

Nope. DO NOT DROP OFF AMAZON PACKAGES HERE! Customer service is non-existent. Had to call multiple times and was told they were busy and was hung up on. Drove to the store and it was a ghost town! Just drive farther away to a different store. Apparently since I'm not Hispanic I will get rude customer service from the self proclaimed perfect sales associate who was there, saying he's never had a complaint. Useless UPS! And when I asked to speak to the manager I got 3 different stores phone numbers, all of which didn't have her there. I will NEVER SUGGEST THIS STORE OR UPS IN GENERAL! This is my local store for shipping packages and dropping off Amazon returns but I didn't realize how many other services they offer. I needed programs and signage printed for a work event and they were able to provide it all at prices better than any of the other vendors I'd looked into. This place will charge you a service fee for breathing their air. As previous people have complained, I took my prepaid Amazon Prime return into the store and they wanted to charge me money just to tape the box. I told her I would not be paying the "tape fee" and with her expert customer service skill she felt it necessary to sarcastically say "have a nice day" in a long drawn out voice. 1 star, only because zero stars is not an option. This location is listed as a location by UPS to have your pkg dropped off by the driver, and then you pick up pkg at the store. I've done this several times at this location. I've always found the owners to be challenged in customer service skills, but they are close to my house so I've always accepted that in lieu of convenience. Well, it turns out that they have decided to stop participating with the UPS drop off feature, as I get an e-mail update that my pkg was refused by them. This seemed like a possible mix-up, so I called them and in a very rude voice, I was asked "Do you have a mailbox with us?" I replied that I did not, but that I've used this service numerous times and was never, not once was this ever mentioned. So she continued in her incredibly rude tone that "This is why your pkg was refused." No further explanation. So I asked "Any idea how I get my pkg?" (Because now there is no option in tracking to have it left somewhere else.) Her reply "call UPS." I just said thanks, goodbye, but her level of rudeness, combined with absolute disregard for getting my pkg - the very essence of why they are in business - left me fuming. I did call UPS, was able to arrange for a will call pickup at the main service center, and made it very clear to them that this UPS store is way outside the mainstream in customer service, and that they are not complying with UPS services offered, and that this particular person is an abject failure in customer courtesy and common decency. I went to this UPS store on 12/16 with a small prepaid labeled package and asked where the drop off was and I was told to get in line, and the line was almost out of the door! I drove to Lake Underhill UPS store and the employees were friendly and told me to drop off the package and made it so much easier. Last week when I was at this Chickasaw ups store dropping off a labeled package they tried to make me pay for it. They re not friendly, professional and are not there to make my life easier. No thank you or you're welcome or anything. when I deliver my amazon packages and she has to print out the labels. She's gets and shows the crankiness disgusted face. If she doesn't like it. Went in today to pick up a package after a failed delivery attempt in the middle of a work day which is understandable. Got the notification and saw that the driver would be back the next day (which I also had to work) so decided to use the options available to just pick up at the store in the area. Went through the process, got the notification, picked the store nearest to me and received notifications that it would be delivered here. Next day, I receive the email and text message notifications that my package was delivered to the store of my choice. Head over there to be met with the rudest employees. Im assuming the lady that was working with the attitude was the owner and was not even aware of her own stores available options to ship to a store. The guy working there at first helped me out and once he noticed that I said my package was delivered today and at what time I received a notification that it was here at the store he automatically said no its not here we don't get shipments. Then the lady put her two cents in and says "I don't know who is texting you but its not us or UPS". Dumbfounded I show her the text messages from UPS saying delivered, I show her the email saying it has been delivered, and still is as if its something new to her that UPS apparently doesn't ship to a UPS store. I even tell her on the UPS website it says it is here and even double check to make sure I am at the right store and her attitude and eye rolling continues. I ask if they can tell me where its at by checking the tracking number or something through their system and tell me no that they are not going to help me to call customer service. I step outside pissed that they wouldn't even attempt to help since I'm sure they could of pulled up the information even if it was misplaced and delivered somewhere else. After being on the phone I am notified that it was in fact at another store and no one knows why it was delivered somewhere else and UPS customer service can not give me an answer as to why it was not where I chose for them to deliver to. Being rude and turning away customers (from what the other UPS store where my package was at) is a common thing at this store and from the looks of the reviews customer service isn't their thing here. read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. Walked in the lady with the accent asked how can she help me. I told her I'm here to pick up a package and gave her my ID. She came back with an attitude your address on your package does not match your ID go get a utility bill or phone bill with your name and address on it and come back. Told her I just moved so I have not changed my ID yet nor do I have a utility bill. Well that is the policy. I said the email clearly states that to pick up a package I must bring a valid ID it never said anything about a bill. She started yelling well that's the policy. Mind you I have been dealing with UPS for a long time because I do a lot of import/export. I got customer service on the phone and explained my situation to them. I was told that I should be able to pick it up. Walked back into the store while on the phone with customer service and told her what they said. She yelled that's not what the policy said. But that's what my email said. I put CS on speaker so that they could actually hear how I was being treated. CS requested to speak to her and she was told the same thing. She left to go grab her policy which had four option for picking up packages. She was only using the first option. She told CS to fax her a new policy then she will release my package. I said to her your policy has 4 options. Well they don't apply to you. I asked what does option 4 say. Her rude reply was it says you need a bill. I said to her I asked about option 4 not 1. She read the policy about three times before she realized that was the one relating to my situation. She was even more pissed because she was proven wrong and now had to release my package. Option 4 states that if the person picking up the package has a valid ID but the address does not match, the tracking number must be presented in order to pick up the package. My email was already open to the tracking number when I entered the store the first time. All this could have been avoided it I was not met with an attitude and proper customer service was exhibited from the beginning. The CS rep on the phone heard all of this and apologized for how I was treated. I should not have had to make that phone call. Treat your customers like you appreciate them and it can go a long way. Now this location has lost a customer and I will take my business elsewhere where I am treated like a human. read more

I can't say enough about UPS, this location, and Lynn, who helped me! I flew home from Orlando and forgot an item. Contacting Lynn on the phone from New Jersey, she made it so easy (and it was a reasonable price) for me to get my item shipped home. I received the package in two days in great condition! I will always use and recommend UPS, and I hope that Lynn at this location gets a bonus or raise-she is wonderful! read more

Every time I come to drop off a package to ship to Amazon or anywhere at this UPS store in 509 S Chickasaw Trl Orlando, FL there is an old blonde woman in her mid to late 50's that always has a bad attitude. She never greets nor thanks anyone for their business. Last time she shipped my amazon return to a different address to the one I already had the lavel printed out. Fortunately I was able to trace it no thanks to her and have it returned again to me to fix the label I already had which she did not want to use. Amazon was able to return it to me(after 1 month lost)since she shipped it to the wrong address. Incredible!!!! She is simply trash with a upper case T, she has a very ugly heart, she even looked and behaved like a racist. She rudely with a mean face and bad attitude unpolitely asked what do you have inside the box??? I immediately thought "what the hell is wrong with you ma'am? It is a return to Amazon!!!" If she's gonna treat customers like that she does not deserve to work there or anywhere for that matter. She should just sweep, mop, and/or wash dishes or clean out bathrooms. This store seems to select certain people it gives a hard time and others preferential treatment. A guy name Brian is extremely rude. I arrived yesterday about 6:25 pm and he was standing outside the door. As soon as I arrived at the door he stepped in front of me and closed the door in my face. I said to him, how can you do that. Rudely, he yelled at me stating that they were closed. There was another guy in the store and he said he has a box so he can be inside. This is my second horrible experience at this store. I hope it goes out of business. They pick and choose who they give preferential treatment. It seems discriminatory but will not go there. I have used this store many times over the past few years. I have never had any problems with staff members or prices. The guy who works there always has helped me with any car problems I have. They always try to give me the best shipping options, which not always UPS. Yes they do charge $1 plus tax for service charge if they have to tape any boxes that are not shipped through them. But they works out $1.07 not a $1.70. But this is business. You can't get anything for free now days. Last time I had a pre-paid shipping label from Amazon it clearly stated in the instructions on how to tape the label onto the box BEFORE I took it to the store. RTFM if you don't want to dish out the cash. McDonalds charges for extra sauces and D&D charges you $0.25 to butter the other side of you bagel. read more

Long story short, must have $5 or more in charges to use a credit card and they wanted to charge $1 to tape my preprinted return label to my package (which I had to buy from Publix because of the minimum purchase requirement). I asked for a pricing list and was told by the owner that it wasn't on the website NOR in print and she had no plans to provide one anytime soon. I used Alafaya at Lake Underhill store.
