Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. For my second vehicle, he didn't show up as scheduled. Instead, he sent someone else, who arrived late three days in a row. When the work was finally supposed to be completed, the part I had already paid for wasn't brought. When it eventually arrived, it was the wrong part. The following day, he was once again hours late. After dealing with repeated delays, poor communication, and unprofessional service, I decided to cancel the job and requested a refund for the part I had paid for. Juan agreed to issue the refund and told me it would take 3-7 business days. It has now been six weeks. I've received nothing but excuses, and now he has stopped responding altogether. At this point, my next step will be to pursue legal action to recover my money. It's disappointing because the quality of his initial work showed real potential. However, reliability, communication, and honoring commitments are just as important as the work itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with him.

Patrick and his team removed the gold badge and replaced it with original OEM badging. They removed all the illegal tint from the headlights and rear lights and redid some other work and now my sweet ride looks freaking awesome! They removed the old frayed window tint and replaced it with modern tinting and placed PPF on my headlights. It is night and day! I then took my other import and they got her looking sharp also.
