I called their office and spoke to Stephanie Rodriguez with an urgent request of producing two banners "over night" in less than 24 hours. I sent her the rough images of what I needed, and she (and her staff) created two masterpiece banners that were not only AMAZING, but EXTRAORDINARY. The banners they produced FAR EXCEEDED my wildest expectations. They were very friendly and overly accommodating and unbeleivably affordable. Please take my word for it and TRY THEM FIRST! And make sure you ask for Stephanie - she is the one who made it happen. Definitely 5 star service, and I will use them for all of my graphic needs moving forward. She sat with us for 2 hours while we tried to figure out what genre of artwork we wanted for our labels. She was very creative and could think "Outside of the box". She was always (and still is) one phone call away if we need anything. She is very prompt when replying to any questions you may have, she always answers her phone and if she is busy, she returns your call within the hour. Phoenix Graphics works with large companies and was referred to us by a reputable co packing company out of Winter Springs, FL. We are a new and small business and were clueless to all the technicalities involved when creating labels for our hot sauce bottles. Not only did Bonnie know how to create designs for us, she knew the federal regulations and even the font size we have to have on our bottles that is mandatory. She is fair in price and her staff is wonderful. They work as a team and just all around good and honest people that want to see you and your business succeed. 5 star rating for this company! http://www.pxgx.com/
