At that point his company will review it, process my refund and send me back the information. I asked, what is the fee and what about if I did not agree with the encounter. He said well there is a fee for filling taxes... I cut him off and told him of course there is, that I know but your website said free consultation and the way you spoken is like I'll just deal with an online program and I'll have no say but hold on explain that to another person out of the 4 clients you might get (besides me, my husband and my sons have to do their taxes).
