2 weeks have passed and I still haven't received a quote. I have followed up and they are "still working on it" If you don't have time for my business then I would appreciate some honesty and just state that, there's a lot of other sign places around. I had a simple design job, and the proof they showed me deviated from my written specs in a half dozen ways. They wouldn't refund my deposit, and they clearly didn't care if they lost my business because it was a small job. In addition, they were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me on a personal level. I take it as learning a $50 lesson not to work with people when your gut tells you they don't understand what you're looking for. On the only positive note, the owner, Chris, has some wonderful abstract artwork on the walls, both by him, his friends, and famous artists. Great eye. I got a new commercial truck and needed the legal info printed up for the sides. I requested a certain font and color, and they were still able to complete the order quickly 3 business days for the original proof, a second proof with a couple changes I requested, and printing.
