Horrible experience.
After everything was approved and design was finalized, we were told our truck would be wrapped in 3-4 days. We scheduled to have the truck wrapped during the holidays in December. Because of this, the trailer would take longer to wrap. That is completely fine, we understood. Once the truck was dropped off, a whole week went by to then find out on the 7th day the wrap was not completed. All the materials were not present. We were never told this until I called the 6th day and asked how everything was going. That was when Fabio told us that the rest of the material would not be there for another couple of days. It took about two more weeks for the rest of the material to arrive. Why tell us to drop off the truck when the materials were not all present? We absolutely could not be out of work for another two weeks, so we receive the truck unfinished to be able to work while all the materials come in. Once we received the truck, we noticed issues. The wrap itself was already elevated down the whole seam of the back of the truck, and we also find out the colors of our logo are inverted. This means, instead of being black and white, it's white and black. When we approved the design from our phone screens, everything looked right, our logo is black and white. When we see it in person, that is when we realize this was wrong. I bring up the concern to Fabio and he told me (in text message) that it can get taken care of when we come back. We schedule to come back in the morning (no time was given) to then get picked up the next morning. We could not get to our truck as it was enclosed in a brewery until the afternoon. Since no time was given or scheduled, we safely assumed it was okay to drop off in the afternoon to get picked up the next afternoon. We did not get the truck back until the next evening, and the logos were not done at all. He said he would need another day because we dropped off in the afternoon instead of the morning. A whole other day. Fine. I don't understand this, so I question how a couple hours difference means needing another 24 hours. Instead of having a conversation, Fabio gets extremely defensive stating "you think we sit around all day in our chairs doing nothing .. " (I absolutely do not, I just did not understand why I had to come back for another 24 hours because I dropped off in the early afternoon instead of the morning) then proceeds to hang up on me and block me.
Just seems like he just didn't want to fix our logo which I wish he would have just said from the beginning, not lash out this way. This whole experience left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and I truly regret coming to these people to help elevate my business. Save your peace everyone and go to actual professionals, not emotional, irrational, and inconsistent people.
This is what I get for allowing these people to charge everything up front.
Also, our warranty won't be honored
