Trusted. What I got 2 of my front car windows tinted. I got my previous car tinted here and was a recommendation by the dealer about 5 years ago. That car tint was still in excellent condition so I decided to go again, without thought. The worst feeling is having it bubble, peel, etc.. not worth it. Environment Very small space! Make sure you make an appointment! Right off a major road so, if you miss it you have to go around... Niceness of the staff I scheduled my appointment online through their google system. There is quite some options, so i decided to give them a call. The person I believe was Justin was nice to explain the differences. I went ahead and made an appointment and got a reminder about my appointment one day prior and also 1 hour prior. He was very nice, and texted me when the car was ready. Dollar If it lasts 5+ years it is worth it, totally. I went with the higher grade that blocks out more heat since the car will be parked outside. One thing I didn't like was when paying there is a tipping option... Not sure if this is a tipping place... There is a coupon on Yelp $40 for $20, that's a good $20 off. Yes? Good quality and quick. I came in with an idea of what I wanted but they were able to help confirm my decision by showing me sample options and what the tint would look like. They had a small seating area with free coffee and water while you waited too. They ended up finishing the work much more quickly than they estimated and they did a very good job with it. The one complaint I had was that they ask you to review them when checking out to get a $10 discount which doesn't make the review genuine. That's why I waited before writing this one. The summer sun is no joke, and I'm all about preserving the interior of my car, and keeping it as cool as possible when it's summer. This place is the best out of two other companies I've tried. They're professional, they have literature available to help you decide, knowledgeable staff to talk you through weighing your options, and WiFi!! SCORE!! I worked in the lobby for them to work on my car and it was clean, along with a stocked refrigerator for their customers. They even washed my car after for free! Say wha?!? Now THAT is service. They went the extra mile for me when I had asked about windshield tint. I wanted the entire windshield tinted with clear tint after seeing some of the samples in the lobby and they squeezed in that service even though I was only booked for the 4 windows and back window. I was super excited having just purchased myself a new ca...but of course it came without tint. In Fl, and a a woman with two small kids... this would not work for my life (we all know about gaming devices being left in the floor board). Honestly knowing nothing about tint, I went into yelp and looked up my closest locations. I came across Winter Park Tint and called them immediately. Justin (the owner) answered right away... he was super pleasant...and not only did he patiently answer all of my questions, he fit me in that day. The process takes about 2 hours (for my size car) and I went to run some errands... time as it often does, got away from me...and Justin even stayed until I was able to make it back. Pricing was very reasonable, and their shop is very clean (which my OCD-ness always appreciates). Hi, let me give you guys my honest opinion on this shop. Upon coming in, they're all nice and willing to the work and promise you anything to make the sale. I came in to wrap my rims in vinyl which I provided the material. The most important thing that comes into with tiny shops or auto body shops is the people there keeping their word. I asked the owner of the shop Justin if I could bring in my vehicle every time after the job was done if anything to go wrong with the vinyl since there was no warranty included since I provided my own material. He agreed and said he'll be able to at least do it for me for a year the most because of labor and stuff. I came in twice to repair the job, once for them not applying the material on correctly and another time for me going over a curb. Only two times I came in within 3 months of the job being done. After the second time, the owner charged me $10 to do a single spoke which takes 10 seconds of labor. People usually make $8.45 an hour and the owner is trying to scam me of what he originally promised and get a quick buck out of me. Don't trust these people, they will not keep their word. If anything happens to your vehicle, they will only blame you and not themselves if they fuck up the job. I care for my vehicle and I also care about when people keep their own word. And I'll give you a confirmation that these people are liars and cheaters. Don't trust them at all, even if they promise you a warranty. - Haha, well great way to respond to a customer very professional. I hung up because I would not listen to you trying to hustle me LOL. I the first time I came in, I don't know if you recall or not. But you guys were not able to do the job correctly and complained about the size of the material. I brought in Vvivid Vinyl which is a notable vinyl making brand and you guys were not able to do the job the first time properly. The second time I came in, I brought you Avery 3M Vinyl. I spent $110 for the job to be done from you guys. And I ended up spending another $150 after because you guys couldn't do it right the first time. I just didn't want to hear your BS anymore over the phone. AND you guys DO NOT prep the vehicle or anything. The very last time I came in, you guys stopped me at the door, not even put my car inside the garage and you tried to do the job there. Which peeled off later on because you didn't use a heat gun or anything, you just slapped it on as if it was a sticker. I'm not going to remove my review because it holds the truth and if anyone else wants to deal with this business, they need to see this. You did in fact promise me that I could bring in the vehicle at anytime after if anything were to happen with vinyl within a year period if I provided my own material, but there is literally no point in playing "he say she say". Which I did provide every single time. I always had to say something even after the job was done cause I could always spot errors. This shop isn't a professional tint shop, just look at your customer service. I worked with another tint shop who wrapped my car called superior tint near Boca. THEY ARE LITERALLY SO MUCH BETTER. You guys need to take some notes on actually how to run the business and learning how to keep your word if you promise a customer something. I'm just being honest with my experience here and before you consider asking a customer to remove a review. Realize your own wrong doings first because there's a reason why a customer is making a complaint and writing a review. No one in the world is gonna just write bad reviews about ur business just for shits n giggles. I have you my hard earned money for a business transaction that we made and it didn't go out well. Brought my spanking brand new Fiat 500 Abarth into these guys. Got the ceramic application and the clear "tint" for the windshield. The car looked beautiful when it was finished.. and the technician found his own flaw in the windshield.. these guys stand behind their work. A small hair got caught in windshield, and I probably would never have noticed.. but he wouldn't have it. On his own, he showed me the issue, told me to bring the car back and he would take care of it.. of course, at no extra charge... but better than that.. I didn't have to pay the $100 at that time. So, I brought the car back, and he had it finished by 2pm as promised. I offered him the payment, and he simply wouldn't take it. As he explained, it was a large inconvenience to me so he would "eat it". It's the 3rd car I've had done there, and these guys really are the best, and they do stand behind their work almost at a personal level. read more

I had an appointment scheduled to have my car tinted. I blocked my schedule at work so patients wouldn't book and I even had my car detailed the day before in preparation for this service. Day of my appointment, I arrive to drop my car off however the door is locked. I call and he says "I can't do it today. I tried to call you to cancel this morning" I say "I'm not aware of a missed call and my phone didn't capture that. Did you leave a message?" And he said "I didn't leave a message. I called 3 times and you didn't answer". I said "this really doesn't work. A lot went in to making this happen. Why wouldn't you have at least left me a message?" He said, "sweetie, when someone doesn't answer the phone after 3 rings..." no apology, no offer whatsoever to make this up to me, not even a promise to ensure it won't happen again! I bought their $20 for $40 coupon and it was not honored, saying that its only for "FULL services" I took my car to remove some remaining glue from tints that were recently taken off, and this qualifies as a service. Nowhere does the terms state this coupon is only valid for TINT INSTALLS, only service Update: the owner contacted me and provided a prompt solution to this confusion.
