Just recently i brought my 2018 HD Ultra Limited to Ben to detail. I was in a rush because i was trade it in. This motorcycle has seen a lot of miles and looked in fair condition. Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes. Patrick and his team removed the gold badge and replaced it with original OEM badging. They removed all the illegal tint from the headlights and rear lights and redid some other work and now my sweet ride looks freaking awesome! They removed the old frayed window tint and replaced it with modern tinting and placed PPF on my headlights. It is night and day! I then took my other import and they got her looking sharp also. I called the morning of, they answered, quoted me straight for what I wanted (a great price!).
