The closest tire shop was Discount Tire, so I stopped in hoping they could help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, but Jacob still went above and beyond. He had my spare tire installed so I could safely get back on the road and even told me to call if I needed anything else. Jacob was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. That level of customer service really made my day. I don't know what the cost of a replacement tire would have been at Discount Tire, but if they had the tire I needed, I absolutely would have purchased it from them.
