Just recently i brought my 2018 HD Ultra Limited to Ben to detail. I was in a rush because i was trade it in. This motorcycle has seen a lot of miles and looked in fair condition. Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes. As we all know people love to complain and you tend to get more bad reviews than good. Just know that Ben is honest and does his best. He has always been 5 stars in my book. . . . . . . Best car wash/ detail job I've ever experienced. I requested a quote to have mine and my wife's…read morevehicle detailed and I got an response within 10 minutes along with available times and dates. Stacy (wife) is very responsive and very professional. After confirming date and time for service I found out my wife already had plans and her vehicle would not be available to get serviced. I informed them that only my vehicle would be available and they were very accommodating. The day of service they showed up right on time. Jelani and Terrel (father and son) were very professional and did an amazing detail job on the interior and exterior. The service is definitely worth the (reasonable) price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Like the saying goes, "Cheap seafood ain't good and good seafood ain't cheap." After they were done I asked if I could get on the schedule to have my wife's vehicle detailed and they scheduled me right away for the following day. Again, they were punctual and showed up when they said they would. Once again, they did an awesome detailing job on my wife's vehicle as they did on mine. I will definitely recommend this, family owned, business to friends and neighbors.
