No, " Hey ...sorry you drove all the way here for an appointment and I IGNORED you because I was too busy cleaning my car. How about I throw in a discount for your inconvenience?" Instead, I got..."if your number wasn't made private it would have gone differently." No, I think this morning was for the best. Now, I can ensure my money goes to a business that is willing to demonstrate it values my business...even if that means I pay a bit more. For me, great customer service is a top priority. I won't respond to any further comments from this business. Buyers...beware! ________ I reached out to this business by phone on last Sunday to request a quote for removal and replacement of the tint on my back window. I was quoted approximately $130. Because I wanted a more definitive quote, I drove to the business on Friday and was quoted $130 for the standard tint and $180 for ceramic. I scheduled and appointment for today (Sunday) at 9am to have the ceramic tinting done. When I arrived at 8:43am, the first thing I noticed was that the lights were off. Given that the business claims to be open from 8am-5pm seven days a week, I found it odd. However, the closer it got to 9am without anyone coming to the door the more anxious I became. I got out of my car and knocked on the door TWICE before 9am with no answer. So, I began calling the number on the door. The first time, the phone was answered by a male who said "Hello" but who did not respond nor confirm when I asked if I had reached the business in question. The person then hung up and did not answer any of my follow-up calls. I also made several attempts calling secondary number that was printed on a sheet of paper and taped to the door. Again, no answer. At 9:12, I made a final attempt and left a voicemail sharing that I was currently at the business waiting for my scheduled appointment. I said I would wait 5 more minutes. Instead, I waited 8 and left at 9:20am. At 10am, I decided to call again to see if someone would answer. I didn't want to provide a negative review if there was a valid reason for the business not being open and ready to provide service. The phone was answered after a few rings and person provided a pretty insincere 'apology' and shared that he was 'in the back cleaning my car'. That was it. No genuine apology. No reasonable explanation. Just a cavalier and ambivalent attitude regarding the loss of business and poor customer service experience provided. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this business. Today, they have truly earned this 1-star review.

Since I had a prior cleaning and images to compare it too, I expressed to him the seats weren't as clean as he's done them in the past he offered to fix the back and come out with for an additional fee of $20. I paid him $190 (for upcharges he insisted on) then another $25 for him to return to redo the back. I ask if he can do the front and passenger with the likeness of the back as I seen it looked a lot the first cleaning and he wanted $40 per each seat totally $295.00 for what was originally $150 a full detail. He continually upcharges you instead of taking into the opinion & satisfaction of his client. I then told him this "full detail" is becoming incredibly pricey, going up to $300. I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months.
