From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. This business was closed more than an hour after it was supposed to be opened. 2. I had an appointment. Why would a responsible business begin handling personal matters before verifying the day's schedule? Why would a business that is supposed to be open all more than a half hour to go by with even checking for new customers?! Again, I arrived at 8:43 and departed at 9:20! 3. I called SIX TIMES! When someone finally answered (and didn't hang up on me) more than an hour later, there was no offer of consideration to salvage the appointment. No, " Hey ...sorry you drove all the way here for an appointment and I IGNORED you because I was too busy cleaning my car. How about I throw in a discount for your inconvenience?" Instead, I got..."if your number wasn't made private it would have gone differently." No, I think this morning was for the best. Now, I can ensure my money goes to a business that is willing to demonstrate it values my business...even if that means I pay a bit more. For me, great customer service is a top priority. I won't respond to any further comments from this business. Buyers...beware! ________ I reached out to this business by phone on last Sunday to request a quote for removal and replacement of the tint on my back window. I was quoted approximately $130. Because I wanted a more definitive quote, I drove to the business on Friday and was quoted $130 for the standard tint and $180 for ceramic. I scheduled and appointment for today (Sunday) at 9am to have the ceramic tinting done. When I arrived at 8:43am, the first thing I noticed was that the lights were off. Given that the business claims to be open from 8am-5pm seven days a week, I found it odd. However, the closer it got to 9am without anyone coming to the door the more anxious I became. I got out of my car and knocked on the door TWICE before 9am with no answer. So, I began calling the number on the door. The first time, the phone was answered by a male who said "Hello" but who did not respond nor confirm when I asked if I had reached the business in question. The person then hung up and did not answer any of my follow-up calls. I also made several attempts calling secondary number that was printed on a sheet of paper and taped to the door. Again, no answer. At 9:12, I made a final attempt and left a voicemail sharing that I was currently at the business waiting for my scheduled appointment. I said I would wait 5 more minutes. Instead, I waited 8 and left at 9:20am. At 10am, I decided to call again to see if someone would answer. I didn't want to provide a negative review if there was a valid reason for the business not being open and ready to provide service. The phone was answered after a few rings and person provided a pretty insincere 'apology' and shared that he was 'in the back cleaning my car'. That was it. No genuine apology. No reasonable explanation. Just a cavalier and ambivalent attitude regarding the loss of business and poor customer service experience provided. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this business. Today, they have truly earned this 1-star review.

I brought my car in for a basic amp and subwoofer install, and left with a broken trunk. Sammy and their so-called "BMW specialist" clearly didn't know what they were doing. After paying $600 (plus a $100 tip I now deeply regret), I discovered my trunk wouldn't even open when I got home. I drove 90 minutes back to have them fix it, only to witness the two employees arguing with each other while I stood there. I have the entire exchange on camera. They didn't fix the issue. Instead, the owner had the audacity to text me taking responsibility--but then tried to push me to another location TWO HOURS away for a "possible" fix. Absolutely not. I ended up taking it to BMW directly, where it cost me $1,100 to properly repair the damage they caused. I initiated a chargeback to cover the BMW repair since I refuse to pay twice for someone else's mistake. I also had to warn the owner that further harassment or slander would be met with legal action. For the record, this is the third time I've tried posting a review--apparently, they've been getting negative reviews deleted. Oh, and before you trust this business, maybe look up the seven liens against it--including one on the owner personally. They present themselves as friendly and professional--until something goes wrong. Then it's blame-shifting, dodging accountability, and trying to sweep things under the rug. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal headaches. If your car is new: STAY AWAY FROM AUDIO EXCELLENCE.
