The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. After a lot of research and comparing technical data, I concluded that XPEL products blocked more infrared (that heats the car up), so I used their authorized dealer locator to find Tint man, conveniently near Costco, and a HELL of a lot closer than the place the dealership named. I've actually had a heck of a time getting people to respond and answer calls, emails, etc. so I was thrilled when Nate was easy to reach and available next day to give me an estimate. Definitely off to a good start there. Today I met with him to show him my car and my vision. His shop is in a large commercial warehouse space and was pretty easy to find. Tip: when turning into the lot, turn left. His shop is on the front left corner of the first building. Nate is a one man show and was easy to work with to get my estimate and schedule next steps. I brought my car in for a basic amp and subwoofer install, and left with a broken trunk. Sammy and their so-called "BMW specialist" clearly didn't know what they were doing. After paying $600 (plus a $100 tip I now deeply regret), I discovered my trunk wouldn't even open when I got home. I drove 90 minutes back to have them fix it, only to witness the two employees arguing with each other while I stood there. I have the entire exchange on camera. They didn't fix the issue. Instead, the owner had the audacity to text me taking responsibility--but then tried to push me to another location TWO HOURS away for a "possible" fix. Absolutely not. I ended up taking it to BMW directly, where it cost me $1,100 to properly repair the damage they caused. I initiated a chargeback to cover the BMW repair since I refuse to pay twice for someone else's mistake. I also had to warn the owner that further harassment or slander would be met with legal action. For the record, this is the third time I've tried posting a review--apparently, they've been getting negative reviews deleted. Oh, and before you trust this business, maybe look up the seven liens against it--including one on the owner personally. They present themselves as friendly and professional--until something goes wrong. Then it's blame-shifting, dodging accountability, and trying to sweep things under the rug. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal headaches. If your car is new: STAY AWAY FROM AUDIO EXCELLENCE.
