(see below for a few direct quotes) All the positive reviews are true - The standard of care taken by Dakota, along with Delvin(sp?) and Casper left teachers feeling like they each went home with a brand new car, no matter the extent of work needed (-from melted crayons, to leaves/dirt/upholstery stains, etc.) - They don't skimp or try to do a sub-par job (I'm pretty sure it's against their ethos as a company). EVERY car was handled with meticulous care by Dakota and his team, and this especially meant SO MUCH to our teachers and staff. Even from my initial phone calls with Nicholas, it was clear that DDM cared and wanted to do an incredible job for our hard-working teachers -- THIS is the DIFFERENCE (and I spoke with at least 11 other companies): DDM truly cares about doing things well and treating people right. I researched several options and found that wrapping was the best answer. I researched several locations and Xtreme Pro Wraps had the best balance of professionalism and cost. So here's what they did for me: 1. 3/4 wrap Satin Dark Grey (car was already black) 2. Smoked the rear and side lights 3. Gloss black wrap accent areas 4. Painted calipers red 5. Gloss powder coat the (factory) rims 6. Chrome delete The entire process took about 3 days and the car came back absolutely stunning. Prior to making a decision they were very professional and didn't pressure me at all. On my first visit the owner walked around the car and gave me his professional opinion on what would work and what colors would be best. When I was skeptical about the wrap color, Tamarra (awesome receptionist) invited me into the shop to watch a similar vehicle so I could feel confident. During the process they sent me pictures, which was an absolutely welcomed tease. On the day of the reveal I couldn't believe the transformation and wondered if it was really my car. I know I got a quality wrap because I inspected every hidden edge/corner because that's where the real professional work is done 5/5. I've gotten so many compliments that when I went back several days later for a quality checkup, I joked I should start a special YouTube channel and retire .
