After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.

If you go at least twice a month, it's worth it and since we live just around the corner, it's easy for us to run the car through the express wash real quick. So far, we've been happy with the service and the staff have always been really friendly (despite being outside in the heat for hours). I would be cranky haha, but everyone we've encountered is so nice and seems like they genuinely enjoy working there. This package does not include an interior cleaning, so it only takes about 7 minutes from start to finish if there's not a line. My son loves to watch out the window and see all the fun colorful lights as you go through the wash cycle. As you exit the tunnel, they quickly towel dry your car and send you off. You don't even get out of the car.

He said I am violating his space and threatened that he has cameras on property. I felt completely blindsided by that move as I was 1) not given what I was promised 2) talked to disrespectfully, and, to add on 3) threatened. This is beyond unacceptable and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is unfortunate I have to write this review as I was using this car wash often. The people who polished the car did a good job and the cashier inside was helpful and friendly. I feel as though it is unfair to other workers, but Kerry completely ruined the experience.

My car was pretty cleaned up but the one persistent spot remained until I wiped it clean with the provided clean towels. Considering that the brushes went over it a few times I would've hoped it would take it but it wasn't the case. Still the washing was decent. It was getting close to 6 so I was able to quickly get a spot to do the wipe downs and there were plenty of towels in place for me to put some additional clean ups. The entry and exit is a bit hectic with traffic roaring down Semoran so just take your time heading out.

Now my hands smell like these nasty towels that are supposedly clean. Air compressor to blow out loose water around your vehicle appeared to be blowing at about 2 psi. Customers on both sides of me were complaining about all the same things. Not one employee at all, walking around checking things, greeting customers, or asking any questions to any customers at all. I get it, you're trying to make these as self service as possible, but it would be nice to have some of your employees greet your customers as they're working on their vehicles to get some feedback regarding clogged vacuum lines or nasty, dirty, smelling towels, etc..
