The first and second washes so far in two weeks cleaned the car satisfactorily, and I am comfortable that their drive-through cleaning will not damage my exterior. They have an Express Only lane when entering the wash so if you're a member, you can use that lane and not get stuck behind someone who didn't pull close enough to the machine so they have to open their door to put the card in, and end up dropping it and you're watching the cars in the other lane go through when you stuck behind that dang silver Toyota Camry.

On 12/20 I brought my vehicle there for a full detail interior and exterior as a Christmas gift they had it all afternoon into the early evening. When I went to get it they had misplaced the clips for the floor mats and Ron insisted he would get new ones I told him not to worry about it. Immediately after leaving there I noticed an airbag error on my dash for the passenger seat. It wouldn't shut off even after I had driven somewhere so I called Ron and let him know. He was perplexed said it most likely was something got hit on the wires of the seat and he would look into it and call me right back (he never did). The next day I brought my car to the dealership because I did not want to drive around with an air bag error with a baby in the car and they confirmed that the control module was fried in the passenger seat due to the bottom of the seat being saturated with water. $416, and two days later at the dealership it was replaced and the seat was dried out. I kept calling all day and was not able to leave a message or get in touch with Ron. When he finally called me back he assured me he would make things right and asked if I could send him the reciept and if I had Zelle he would send it right over to me. I did both, and I still have not gotten reimbursed now 2 weeks later. My mom stopped by THE WASH and he assured her he would be taking care of me and played it off like he was confused then said he had a flip phone and would have to go to the bank at the end of the day to get the cash to give to me and that he would call me back. That didn't happen either. I ended up stopping by myself a few days later and he "wasn't there" but his mother and brother were who played as though they had no knowledge of the situation. The mother was very adamant that they would not be paying for the damage done to my vehicle and that there is no way to prove they did it, despite her son (the one who did the detail on my car already accepting responsibility and telling me he would pay for it.) I have been going to and sending others to this car wash for over 10 years, supporting them and telling others to support them being a small business and two young kids (when they started) doing a heck of a job. Sad to say this will be my last time and that I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity and deceitful outcome of this situation.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!
