2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 64/100 No nonsense car wash with self service bays as well as a automatic car wash area. Having lived in Orlando for seven months, I hadn't washed my car not even once because I didn't know where a car wash was. Found this place simply driving down 434, and pulled in. The touchscreen was easy to use, the price of the wash was acceptable at $7.00 with wax included, & it was easy to just pull in & get my car cleaned. A couple drawbacks & why this place loses one star: the car wash does not dry your car, you have to select a different was for this. I thought that was the weirdest thing & maybe it a Florida thing? Also, the machines do not always accept your code. I ran into no issues vacuuming or waxing my car, but could not get a drying towel or armor all for the inside of my car. Oh well, clean car, happy Deshika. Would definitely recommend, but bring some towels lol read more

First of all I come here often and haven't had issues before. the touch less drive thru wash does not work. It took my $10 then did nothing so I then washed it myself. Then I went to vacuum and the machine took my cash but then did not turn on or work. I went to the credit card station to get a code and use it since I had no more cash and it took my money from my card but once again did not work. There are no employees here and the customer service number will send you straight to voicemail where you can leave a message but the mailbox is full. So it's basically impossible to get ahold of anyone that owns this place. I won't be returning for anything other than the hand wash. In all I lost $17 and I guarantee customer service will not get back to me. read more

This is the closest car wash to my home. The prices are reasonable, especially if you just want a quick wash to get all the pollen and leaves off your car as I need to do frequently these days. There are several self service bays where you can wash your car yourself. There is only the one automatic bay, and it could use some updating. There are several vacuums for use. I have not used them so I can't speak to their efficiency at this time. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The few times that I've been the machines have been malfunctioning, not accepting some form of payment, or out of service. The soap takes an extremely long time to come out of the pressure gun and when it does it's only a little bit. The automatic drive through will accept your money, but not do anything. Avoid this place like the plague. This place should be replaced with a business that actually cares about its customers. read more

I Love this place because they have a brushless car wash. When I'm in a hurry I always go to this place. The high powered brushless wash is amazing. There are also spaces you can wash your car yourself. You can use your cc or debit card for the brushless wash but for the other wash and vacuum area you should bring change (quarters). The machine that exchanges bills into quarters can be tricky at times, that's why I advise bringing your own change. Other than that I haven't had any issues. Great spot! read more

Came in for the quick auto car wash service, paid a little extra ($8) for one of the better services. The machine asks if you want a receipt, but even after selecting 'Yes', no receipt printed. After following the instructions closely and pulling into the bay, the wash just shut itself off and never actually started the washing process. I milled about trying to figure out the machine, find an attendant (there was none), and then finally calling the phone number on the machine multiple times with no answer and no ability to leave a message as the recording says you should do because the inbox was full. It stayed full through the next day while I tried to contact them with no answer. I was hoping that this was an isolated incident but after seeing some other reviews, which I really wish I had read in the first place, it seems that this is a common issue. Can't recommend this place at all. read more

I've always come here for the do-it-yourself car wash since I live in an apartment and it's close to where I work. It's super clean and well equipped but today I noticed that the automatic car wash here is touchless! I've been looking all over Orlando for a touchless automatic car wash for in between my hand washes (especially during love bug season). Surprisingly hard to find. I gave it a try and not only did it do a great job but it was super cheap as well! I'm afraid I'll start getting lazy with the hand washes since it was so effective, fast, and affordable. read more

I come here frequently to wash my car, and today I attempted to use the credit card machine to pay to wash, and the machine was frozen. I called the number listed on the machine Three times and nobody answered the phone, several other people have since pulled up while I was sitting there trying to contact someone to help, and have left. I guess business is well, and they don't need mine since their machine doesn't work and nobody answers the phone either. read more

I've been coming here for about 2 years and it just has gradually gotten worse. All the stations have selections that do not work. Nearly impossible for a station to have all the features working. The credit card machine almost never works. Always bring cash. read more

The credit card machine told me I was "pre-approved" for the amount of $10. That didn't bother me. I was like ok the car wash is $8 so it'll only really charge me $8. At the car wash machine I was charged $8. Also didn't think that was much of a big deal. It's been over a week and I was charged double what I even got. An extra $18 was charged to my card. They finally replaced the screen on the credit card machine, but there still is no receipts. The "car care center" works with your "use code" once in a blue moon. The first 2 bays had non-working foam guns, took 10$ to find that out. It is definitely better than Mr. Bubbles but they could really use some regular maintenance. read more

been washing my cars/motorcycle here for awhile now never notice i been overcharge till i finally check my bank statement and notice it. it would charge 10 dollars every time even though machine saids less. also everything doesnt always work. try to get in contact owner with no luck. seem like alot of customers have the same issue. will no longer be coming back read more

I am on the brink of reporting this place to the BBB. DO NOT GO HERE. I used my card, and none of the facilities worked for me. They charged my card for the services, which I never received, and I've been calling them since Nov. 1. No one answers the phone, and there's no way to leave a voicemail. No one is there on the property to help you, either. This place stinks, and I think they are scamming people. AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

Great self service wash! Equipment was all in good repair. We shampooed all of the carpet and seats and vacuumed everything dry for $10.

I've been going to the place every once in a while for a couple of years now. It has its little issues, much like every other self car wash but it's gotten more prevelant lately. The last few times I've gone, it seems like the delay between switching wash setting takes unreasonably longer. This is not a surprise since customers are charged for the time used. More time=more profit. Now the conditioning foam is more like conditioning water with a few bubbles. This has been going on for a while and just seems like they water it down a lot. The brush, today, didn't even produce soap today; just filthy water. And now it seems like their vacuums have less power. I don't know if this place is under new management or not but it's getting a little too obvious that they're trying to make customers spend more time using their equipment. read more

If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I went to get my car washed. I selected the 8 dollar package, and put it a $20 bill. The machine registered my $20 as $0.75 and I don't know what US paper currency equals $0.75. I'll change my star rating and update, depending on how they handle this situation. It happen yesterday, which was Sunday. I just called today, Monday, just after 9:30am and left yet another message. I also took a video of the machine. Right now I am very upset and out $20. read more
