Having lived in Orlando for seven months, I hadn't washed my car not even once because I didn't know where a car wash was. Found this place simply driving down 434, and pulled in. The touchscreen was easy to use, the price of the wash was acceptable at $7.00 with wax included, & it was easy to just pull in & get my car cleaned. A couple drawbacks & why this place loses one star: the car wash does not dry your car, you have to select a different was for this. I thought that was the weirdest thing & maybe it a Florida thing? Also, the machines do not always accept your code. I ran into no issues vacuuming or waxing my car, but could not get a drying towel or armor all for the inside of my car. Oh well, clean car, happy Deshika. Would definitely recommend, but bring some towels lol

On 12/20 I brought my vehicle there for a full detail interior and exterior as a Christmas gift they had it all afternoon into the early evening. When I went to get it they had misplaced the clips for the floor mats and Ron insisted he would get new ones I told him not to worry about it. Immediately after leaving there I noticed an airbag error on my dash for the passenger seat. It wouldn't shut off even after I had driven somewhere so I called Ron and let him know. He was perplexed said it most likely was something got hit on the wires of the seat and he would look into it and call me right back (he never did). The next day I brought my car to the dealership because I did not want to drive around with an air bag error with a baby in the car and they confirmed that the control module was fried in the passenger seat due to the bottom of the seat being saturated with water. $416, and two days later at the dealership it was replaced and the seat was dried out. I kept calling all day and was not able to leave a message or get in touch with Ron. When he finally called me back he assured me he would make things right and asked if I could send him the reciept and if I had Zelle he would send it right over to me. I did both, and I still have not gotten reimbursed now 2 weeks later. My mom stopped by THE WASH and he assured her he would be taking care of me and played it off like he was confused then said he had a flip phone and would have to go to the bank at the end of the day to get the cash to give to me and that he would call me back. That didn't happen either. I ended up stopping by myself a few days later and he "wasn't there" but his mother and brother were who played as though they had no knowledge of the situation. The mother was very adamant that they would not be paying for the damage done to my vehicle and that there is no way to prove they did it, despite her son (the one who did the detail on my car already accepting responsibility and telling me he would pay for it.) I have been going to and sending others to this car wash for over 10 years, supporting them and telling others to support them being a small business and two young kids (when they started) doing a heck of a job. Sad to say this will be my last time and that I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity and deceitful outcome of this situation.

The inside looks brand new. My Dad's truck was dirty (he retired last year from an industrial job), and he quit smoking last year too so it needed a major reset. They did a complete remodel of the automatic wash as well as all the vacuums which seemed odd because this place was not that old, only 2 or 3 years. We have not noticed a change in how well our vehicles are washed, but we did both notice the vacuums seem stronger which is nice. I'm disappointed they took out the compressed air at the vacuums however because I used it frequently. They still provide a glass cleaner and cloths which I appreciate. The staff seems friendly. Hopefully the value we paid doesn't change.

Normally, I'd go to Sweetwater Car Wash in Apopka next to the Wawa yet it isn't a Sweetwater any more nor does it still offer interior cleaning services. I received good customer service from the two gentlemen that scanned me in. When I drove around to receive the interior and additional exterior services, a ticket didn't print at check-in, and they had to confirm with the two original gentlemen. Once confirmed, I went inside to send a few emails. The waiting area is really nice. The additional services happened in no time. Because I was rushing to get on the other side of town, I didn't review the work as I normally would. While every was nice and I appreciated the fast service, I didn't appreciate the mediocre interior and external services. I'm willing to try them one more time and ensure a receipt ticket is provided to me. I'll also check to ensure the services of which I paid are completed. The parts they vacuumed and cleaned were great. That's what made the areas they didn't do noticeable. Because the services and team members weren't bad - and because offering interior services is less available across Central Florida -, I'm willing to try them again.
