After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

This was my first time using Spiffy, I thought it was well priced for a simple car wash. To my surprise the technician arrived one hour earlier without any notice; fortunately I had just arrived and I gave the technician the keys. I proceeded to get a shower, in the middle of it I got a call, had to get out of the shower, check my VM and to my surprise I got one from Spiffy saying that my technician was trying to contact me (did not hear the door bell, not even once), and that if I don't respond in 5 minutes, they would leave and I would be charged 25 dollars. I rushed to get dressed and out the door. The technician needed the car code to move it to another spot as he needed to wash the car on a tarp; asking why he mentioned that it was because some HOA would sue them for the chemicals they use, that made me question what were they using to clean the car; I proceeded to tell him that it made no sense that he can wash it in my own driveway and that was my property to do what I needed with it; he insisted to move the car, which I did; but in the process I got frustrated and the technician got testy and I decided to stop and just moved the car. He finished the job, which was OK, not great but OK. After it was all charged I deleted my account with Spiffy and blocked their number. Never again, I don't need this type of issues in my life.

He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.

He came over and got straight to work. It took a few hours to completely detail my SUV with his gold package, but it was SO worth it! There is not a strand of dog hair, speck of dust or anything left in my car. I haven't seen it look like this since I left the dealership. The gold package was $185 and he did a protective coat on my leather seats for an extra $20. He came in at a great rate for all of this and his work is simply AMAZING! Can't wait to schedule Daniel again for both of our cars!
